Settings not offered yet
The settings MoveBoard doesn't offer yet — labor only, auto quote, overtime rates, junk removal, partial payments and more — and what to use instead today.

A few settings you may know from other moving software aren't offered in MoveBoard yet. You won't find them in Settings. Here is each one, and what to do today instead.

| Labor only (labor-only moves, by move type) | Switch Labor only on for a local, loading or unloading service in Services; the order's move card then offers a labor-only switch. Loading and unloading jobs can skip the truck charge on Loading and Unloading. |
| Auto quote (which services calculate on their own) | Every service is calculated from your pricing settings. What the customer sees, and when, is set on Quote display. |
| Rates overtime | Type a different hourly rate on the order — see Manual overrides. |
| Mover portal policies | The crew's phone rules are on Foreman app settings. |
| GPS | Crew location waits for the crew's phone app — see Crew tracking. |
| Junk removal (as a service) | Add the charge to the order as an extra — set your extras on Additional services. |
| Long-distance status (stages of a long-distance move) | Follow a long-distance move through its trip — see Trip statuses. |
| Lead info & progress bar (on the customer's page) | Shape the customer's page with the Client portal designer and Custom blocks. |
| Promo pages and review requests | Run a sale with Promotions; send any follow-up, such as a review request after the move, with a workflow. Your website forms come in Short, Long and Single page — see Quote forms. |

| Zapier, email lead parsing, Updater, Five9, Speedy Inventory | Leads arrive from your website quote forms, the AI receptionist and connected lead providers (listed on Lead sources). Inventory is filled in by the customer from their link — see Send the inventory link. |
| Partial payments (an automatic plan) | Take any amount as a payment — see Partial payments. |
| Realtors and job portal | Not in this company's plan. |
