Settings › Documents & bill of lading › Payments on the bill of lading decides how the customer pays at the end of the job. What the customer and the crew go through is in Payments on the bill.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Pay and invoice on delivery are kept per move type; the payment ways shown on the bill are the same for all. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Payment settings (per move type)
- Pay on Delivery — the customer pays on the bill when the job is done.
- Invoice on Delivery — the job is invoiced instead.
Copy to other move types fills the others and waits for Save.

The ways to pay the bill offers the customer: credit card, cash and check, each a switch. A switch never set shows on, as the crew's bill offers it.
A new company's bill offers card and cash, not check.
The same three switches also appear on Payment & processing fees.
