Submitted bill of lading after a reopen
Whether reopening a completed job also reopens its submitted bill of lading for the crew to change and submit again.

When the office reopens a completed job, should the crew be able to change its bill of lading again? Settings › Dispatch › Submitted bill of lading decides.
Before you start
Only an administrator can change this switch; everyone else sees it with Only an admin can change this.
A new company starts with it on (a switch never saved reads as on).
The switch
Allow changes to a submitted bill of lading after the office reopens it
- On — when the office reopens a job from the closing (Completed ✓ › Reopen order), its submitted bill of lading reopens too. The crew can change it and submit it again; the new bill replaces the old one, which is kept in the attachments.
- Off — reopening is the office's only; the submitted bill stays exactly as it is.
Press Save.
