Your customers

What your customers see: uBook vs the MoveBoard portal.

Granot's uBook lets consumers book their move online, and its site mentions e-signing on phones or tablets, texting through TextEase and online chat. We couldn't find a customer portal or an instant website price described on granot.com.

MoveBoard gives every customer a portal on your website: they see the quote, change the date, addresses and inventory and see the price worked out again, then book by signing your Order for Service and paying the deposit. After booking they can message your team and see their signed documents.

Crews

The crew's day: timesheets vs the Mover's Portal.

Granot describes foremen punching in and out on timesheets, dispatch confirming workers' arrivals, and real-time status updates. We couldn't find a named crew app on granot.com.

MoveBoard's crews get their schedule by text and confirm or decline in the Mover's Portal on their phones. The foreman works the job from one screen, gets the customer's signatures on the bill of lading, takes payment and submits it; the job is completed and payroll is worked out from the closing.

Switching

Importing your Granot jobs into MoveBoard.

MoveBoard's order import recognises a Granot export by its column names (the job number, full name, origin and destination addresses, ZIP code and phone numbers), so it lines up without matching columns by hand. Export your jobs as .csv or .xlsx and import them on Settings › Sales & orders › Import orders, upcoming jobs first.

An import brings the customer, dates, addresses, size, prices, notes and the money already received; cards on file, signed documents, photos and message history stay in your Granot exports. Check your Granot Order Form for your term and renewal date first. Data migration is free.
