Every call and voicemail, filed on the right order.
With RingCentral connected, MoveBoard is your office phone. Calls ring in the browser with the customer's name and orders, you dial from the top bar, and every call, recording and voicemail lands on the order it belongs to, and on one Calls page with an Unheard count nobody can miss.

Every call, on its order
Calling in the browser uses your company's RingCentral line. Texts to customers still go from your MoveBoard texting number.
What it fixes
The day before Calls, and the day after.
A customer says “I called yesterday” and nobody knows who took it or what was said.
The call and its recording sit on the order, with who handled it.
Voicemails live in one person's phone and wait until they're back from a job.
Every voicemail, with its transcript, on the Calls page for whoever is allowed to call back.
The phone rings and you search three screens to find out who it is.
The pop-up shows the caller's name and orders before you answer.
How it works
Calls, screen by screen.
01 / The Calls page
One list, nothing unheard.
Calls in the menu lists every phone call and voicemail, newest first, 50 to a page. Filter with Every call, Incoming, Outgoing or Unheard: the missed calls and voicemails nobody has looked at yet. The same number shows beside Calls in the menu, and a red dot marks each one until it's played.
- Date, type and who handled it, the contact, the order, the duration
- Listen to the recording, or Play voicemail with its transcript
- Mark as read or unread, and Move to other order when a call landed wrong
- Also attach future calls from that number to the same order

02 / Answer and dial
The phone rings inside MoveBoard.
A pop-up opens with the caller, their number and their orders: Answer, Voicemail or Decline. More calls at the same time wait under Also ringing. Fold an active call into a small pill in the top bar and keep working, with mute and hang-up one tap away.
- Hold, mute, keypad tones and transfer to a number during the call
- Pick which of the caller's orders the call is attached to
- Dial from the handset in the top bar, with recent calls
- Every phone number on the customer card is a Call button

03 / On the order
The call sits beside the texts and emails.
Every call with the customer is a bubble in the order's conversation: Call recording with a player, Voicemail with a red Unread tag until it's heard, Missed call. Under the player are the length and the transcript, with the customer's words and yours apart. Calls the AI Receptionist took show their summary too.
- Called from your mobile? Log the call with its outcome and what was said
- A follow-up can be set right from the logged call
- Calls, texts, emails and notes on one thread, oldest to newest

04 / Who hears what
Salespeople hear their calls, managers hear all of them.
Three switches on each person's permissions decide which calls they can open: their own orders, colleagues' orders so someone can pick up a voicemail while the salesperson is out, and calls that aren't linked to any order. Admins see everything.
- Can see Calls Tab: calls on their own orders
- Can view calls and voicemails on other users' orders
- Can view calls and voicemails not linked to any order

Calls
Admins see everything. A call on an order the person can't open shows without the order and the customer.

The Calls page, the order's conversation, and the Unheard count beside Calls in the menu. Playing it marks it heard everywhere.
Do I need RingCentral to use Calls?
To ring and dial in the browser and to have calls filed on orders automatically, yes: MoveBoard connects to your company's RingCentral line, and each person can sign in to their own extension. Without it you can still log calls made from another phone on the order.
Are calls recorded?
Calls that RingCentral records show on the order and the Calls page with a player, and with a transcript when there is one. Voicemails come with their transcript too.
What if a call lands on the wrong order?
On the Calls page, use Move to other order, search for the right one and press Move. Tick Also attach future calls from this number to send that caller's next calls there too.
Who can listen to calls?
It's set per person with three permissions: calls on their own orders, calls on other users' orders, and calls not linked to any order. Admins see everything.
Do texts go through RingCentral too?
No. Texts to customers go from your MoveBoard texting number. RingCentral handles the calls.
