Stripe payments for moving companies: Your Stripe account, at every payment.
Connect your own Stripe account with one sign-in and choose it for a branch: deposits at booking, invoices, monthly storage, box orders and the balance on the crew's phone all go through it. The money, the payouts and the name on your customers' card statements stay yours.

What you get
Stripe and MoveBoard, working as one.
Every place a card is taken
The office's Credit Online payment and cards on file, the crew's bill of lading, the deposit and booking in the customer portal, invoices paid online, storage payments and autopay, box deliveries and the box store, and claims paid back to the card.
Link at checkout
When customers pay for themselves, in the portal, an invoice, storage or the box store, Stripe's Link offers their saved card, with their email and mobile already filled in. It is never offered on your team's screens.
Cards on file
Cards are kept at Stripe and can be charged again from the order. Stripe keeps the expiry date up to date by itself.
Stripe or Authorize.net, per branch
Each branch chooses which processor new cards go through. Refunds always go back through the processor that took the payment.
Setup
How it's turned on.

Choose it for the branch
Set Charge new cards through to Stripe. Your card fees and cash discounts carry on as they are.
Good to know
- Cards only: no bank (ACH) payments through Stripe.
- A Stripe charge is refunded, never voided; full or partial.
- Payments taken before the switch are refunded through the processor that took them.
- Card numbers go from the customer's browser to Stripe and never touch MoveBoard.
Where you'll see it
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Stripe account, with your payouts, your disputes and your business name on the customer's card statement. MoveBoard does not hold your money.
Can I keep Authorize.net for one branch and use Stripe for another?
Yes. Each branch chooses Charge new cards through: Authorize.net or Stripe. Payments already taken are refunded through the processor that took them.
What is Link?
Stripe's saved-card checkout. When customers pay for themselves, in their portal, an invoice, storage or the box store, Link can fill in a card they saved with Stripe before, so paying takes a tap.
Do my card fees still work?
Yes. The credit card fee and the cash discount you set in MoveBoard work the same with Stripe.
Can the crew take payment on the bill of lading?
Yes. PAY on the bill of lading charges the card on file or a new card through the branch's processor, Stripe included.
