Review management for movers: More five-star reviews, credited to the crew.
MoveBoard's Reputation menu keeps every review of your moving company in one place, answers them with an AI draft in your voice, and gives every foreman a QR code the customer scans at the end of the job. Each review is credited to the crew that did the move, and a review bonus your crews compete for goes into payroll by itself.

What customers mention
Google reviews come in by themselves once Google approves MoveBoard's Business Profile access. Until then, add reviews by hand: the QR codes, competition, bonus and payroll already work.
What is review management for a moving company?
Review management for a moving company means seeing every customer review in one place, answering each one, and getting more five-star reviews from the moves you do well. In MoveBoard it also ties each review to the job and the crew that did it, so the foreman who earned it gets the credit and the bonus.
What it fixes
Review management for movers, the day before and the day after.
Reviews sit unanswered on Google for weeks, and a 1-star one is found by the next customer first.
Every review is on one page with what needs a reply, and the office is told once about a low review.
"Please leave us a review" at the door, then nothing: the customer never finds the page.
The foreman shows the customer his own QR code on the job; one scan opens your review page.
The review bonus is a spreadsheet nobody trusts, and a review Google removes was already paid.
Reviews are matched to the job's crew, the bonus goes into payroll, and a removed review is taken back.
How it works
Reviews, replies and the crew competition, screen by screen.
01 / All your reviews
Every review, with the job it came from.
Reputation › Reviews shows every review of your company for the branches you pick: the stars, when and where it was written, its photos, the crew leader and the order it belongs to. Filter by rating, by Needs reply, Replied or Removed by the site, by crew leader, branch and site, or search the words, then export what matches.
- Google rating (live), average rating and your response rate
- To next 0.1★: how many more five-star reviews move your Google rating up a tenth
- Rating distribution and the words your customers use most
- A review Google removes waits a day, then stops counting everywhere
- Press the order number to open the order

Reply, with a draft ready
“Marco and his crew wrapped our piano like it was their own and were done an hour early. Would book again.”
Thank you, Dana! We're so glad Marco and the crew took such good care of your piano. We'll pass your kind words on to the team, and we're here whenever you move again.
“Fast, friendly and nothing broken. Luis kept us posted all day.”
Your response · Thanks so much, Tom! Luis and the crew loved helping with your move. Edit
02 / Replies and AI
Answer every review, in your own voice.
Write a reply, pick one of your saved replies, or press AI draft to have one written for you, then read it and send. In Settings › Reputation › Reviews & AI replies the AI can stay off, write a draft for every new review that waits for your approval, or post automatically, for the ratings you choose and after the wait you set.
- 2 to 4 sentences, the customer's first name, thanks to the crew they mention
- Never discounts, refunds, prices, phone numbers, links or emoji
- A low review is never posted automatically; it gets a draft for you
- Before posting, MoveBoard checks the review has no reply yet
- Reviews already there when you connected are never answered by the AI

AI replies, your rules
A low review is never posted automatically. Before posting, MoveBoard asks Google whether the review already has a reply.

Thank you, Kevin! We're glad Marco's crew was on time and careful, and that the beds went back together. We'll share your note with the team.
03 / On every job
The crew sees the race on their own phone.
Every job in the Mover's Portal has a Review tile. It opens on your company's review competition for this pay period: first, second and third on the podium with their rating, their five-star reviews and the money they've earned, and last period's winner under it.
- Ranked by rating, then 5★ count; a tie goes to whoever got there first
- Money lines show only when your company pays a review bonus
- The podium is only ever inside the crew's app, never on a customer's page

04 / The customer scans
One scan, straight to your review page.
When the job is done the foreman taps Show QR to customer and hands over the phone. The customer sees your logo and name, Scan to leave a Google review, the foreman's name and his QR code. Every foreman gets a code automatically, and each one is your company's own short link, so you can print it too.
- The code is always the job's foreman's: no names to pick
- Each scan is noted with the foreman, the job and the time
- Link previews and a second scan from the same phone don't count
- Where it sends customers is set in Settings › Reputation › Review link & QR codes

05 / Credit the right crew
Each review goes to the crew that did the move.
A few minutes after a review comes in, MoveBoard matches it. A review that names one foreman is his. Otherwise the customer's scan of a foreman's QR code in the hours before the review decides, and the scan brings the job with it. A review linked to a job carries the job's whole crew, and you untick anyone who wasn't responsible.
- Scan window of 4 hours, 48 hours, or match by hand only
- Attach a job by order number, name, phone or email, or from the suggestions
- A choice you make by hand is locked: matching never changes it
- A review with no match waits for you as Needs review

07 / The bonus, in payroll
A review bonus nobody has to type.
Turn on Pay a review bonus and set the money per review, the extra with a photo, the minimum, and prizes for first, second and third. Three days after each pay period ends, every person's bonus becomes a line in Accounting › Payroll, in plain words. A review the site removes after it paid is taken back from everyone it paid.
- Who gets the bonus: foreman only, foreman and movers, or movers only
- Each person the full amount, or the amount split, cents shared fairly
- Made once: running again never adds a second line
- Got the money back another way? Mark it recovered and payroll takes nothing back
- Each pay period keeps the rules and the dates it had

Reviews on the order, and in the movers' stars.
When a customer has ever reviewed you, every one of their orders shows a star beside the order's counters with the latest rating, red when a review was 1 to 3 stars, so sales know an unhappy customer is back, even on a returning customer's new quote. The closing bar shows this move's own review.
Every mover's safety stars on Dispatch, in the crew pickers and on their Claims tab blend their damage claims with the reviews of the jobs they were responsible for: good reviews raise them, 1 to 3-star reviews lower them, and a removed review stops counting. Ed, the AI assistant, answers "Did this customer review us?" from the same list.
Who sees what
Four switches decide who sees reviews.
Can see Reputation opens the menu and the Reviews page. Can manage reviews lets a person reply, use the AI draft, approve AI replies and change the reply settings. Can see the review competition shows the standings, the QR scans and the bonus money, and Can manage the review competition lets a person correct a match and change the bonus rules. Administrators always have all four.

How far to the next tenth
The Reviews page counts how many more five-star reviews it takes to move your Google rating up a tenth, for example from 4.7 to 4.8.
Where do the reviews come from?
From Google: each branch connects its Google Business Profile once in Settings › Integrations › Google Business Profile, then new reviews come in every 5 minutes and replies post on Google under your business name. That connection opens as soon as Google approves MoveBoard's access. Until then, and for any other site, press Add a review on Reputation › Reviews and type it in: it counts like any review.
Does the AI post replies by itself?
Only if you choose Post automatically in Settings › Reputation › Reviews & AI replies. Off means you write every reply (the AI draft button still writes one when you ask), and Draft for approval writes a reply for every new review that waits for you to send or drop.
Will a bad review ever get an automatic reply?
No. A low review is never posted automatically, even with Post automatically on. If its rating is ticked it gets a draft for you to approve, and with Tell the office about a low review on, the people who asked for it (or, if nobody did, those who may manage reviews) are told once on the bell, as a phone notification and by email.
How is a review credited to a foreman?
A review that names exactly one foreman is his. Otherwise the customer's scan of a foreman's QR code in the hours before the review decides (4 hours, or 48 with the lenient window), and the scan links the job. Anything else waits for you as Needs review. You can correct any match, and your choice is never changed by the matching.
Can movers share the review bonus?
Yes. Who gets the bonus can be the foreman only, the foreman and the movers responsible for the review, or the movers only, and each person gets the full amount or the amount split between them. The photo extra, take-backs, the ranking and the crew's podium all follow the same rule.
What happens when Google removes a review that already paid a bonus?
MoveBoard waits a day, then counts it as removed. A review that already paid is taken back from everyone it paid with a negative payroll line for exactly what it paid them; place prizes are not taken back. If you got the money back another way, tick Money recovered and nothing is taken back in payroll.
Do the crews use a separate app for the QR code?
No. The Review tile is on every job in the Mover's Portal the crews already use. Every foreman gets his QR code automatically, and the customer's card shows the job's foreman's code, so nobody picks a name.
Which plans include Reputation?
