Connect a company mailbox, and each person can connect their own. Emails go out from a real address your customers recognize, and are filed on the order and in Mail.
Jobs on Google Calendar
Pick which MoveBoard calendars to show: Booked, Follow Up, In-home Estimate, Storage Move In and more. Each person chooses the ones they want.
Addresses typed for you
Street addresses complete as you type for the US and Canada, and a ZIP code fills in the city and state.
Miles and drive times priced in
Directions, miles and drive times from Google Maps feed travel time and long-distance pricing.
Setup
How it's turned on.

Connect the company mailbox
Settings › Communication › Email setup. Sign in with Google in the pop-up and allow MoveBoard to send.

Each person connects their own
From their name › Connections, so their emails go out from their own address.

Switch on Google Calendar
An admin turns it on in Settings › Integrations › Google Calendar. Each person then picks the calendars they want.

Maps works from day one
Google Maps runs on MoveBoard's key out of the box. A company can add its own key if it prefers.
Good to know
- Google Calendar is one way: MoveBoard puts the jobs on your calendar. Changing an event in Google does not change the order.
- Microsoft 365 and Outlook mailboxes connect the same way, and other mail providers connect with server settings.
- Canadian postal codes work in address lookup and pricing.
Where you'll see it
Do emails go out from our own address?
Yes. Once your Gmail is connected, emails you send from MoveBoard go out from that address, so customers see a name they recognize, and the email is filed on the order.
Does Google Calendar sync both ways?
No, it is one way. MoveBoard puts jobs on the Google calendars you pick. If an event is changed or deleted in Google, the order in MoveBoard does not change.
Can we use Microsoft 365 or Outlook instead of Gmail?
Yes. Microsoft 365 and Outlook mailboxes connect with a sign-in pop-up as well, and other mail providers connect with their server settings.
Do we need our own Google Maps key?
No. Address lookup, miles and drive times run on MoveBoard's key. You can add your own key if your company prefers.
