Click any part to hide it, reword it or change its colour, for every move or one service type. Match my brand suggests a whole theme from your logo or your website, and fixes text that would be hard to read.

Your quote form, not ours.
The quote forms on your website take your brand colours from the portal, plus your own colours, font, corners, width, background and logo over the form, and any word reworded. A floating menu can sit in a corner of your site with Get a Quote and the customer's login.

Customer links use your company's own website address, the branch's or the company's, so every link in an email or text is yours. Put the portal on a page such as "My move" with one line, or let your site's MoveBoard line open it right over your page when a customer follows their link.

What exactly gets branded with my company identity?
Everything your customers see: the customer portal, every email (from your mailbox, in your header and footer), texts from your texting number, the quote forms and floating menu on your website, the Order for Service, bill of lading and other documents, invoices and receipts. Your logo, colours and company name are on each.
Will my customers ever see the Elromco name?
No. Links use your website address, emails come from your mailbox and texts from your number. The only mark is a small Powered by MoveBoard in the corner of the portal and the quote forms, and on the forms you can switch it off in the Theme panel.
Can I use my own custom domain for the client portal?
Customer links use your company's own website address, and each branch can have its own. The portal can live on a page of your website, such as "My move", with one line of code, or open right over your site when a customer follows their link.
What are the three quote form types?
Short (a few steps), Long (more questions for a sharper quote) and Single page (everything on one page). Place any of them inside a page with its tag, open one as a pop-up from a button, or offer Get a Quote from the floating menu. Every form sends its lead straight to your Orders list.
Are the automated emails sent from my company email address?
Yes. Automatic emails go from your company mailbox, connected with Google, Microsoft or your own mail server, and the office can send from each person's own mailbox. With incoming mail on, a customer's emailed reply lands on its order.
Does the white-label branding work on mobile devices?
Yes. The portal designer and the forms designer both have a phone view, and the email preview shows a phone width. Most customers open their portal from a text, so it's built for the phone first.
