Good to know
- MoveBoard does not read lead emails. Providers send leads directly to MoveBoard.
- No automatic reply is sent to the customer by the integration. Your welcome emails and workflows apply as usual.
- The lead API takes leads from any provider that can send a web request.

In seconds. Angi sends the lead straight to MoveBoard, which creates the order, assigns it by your lead rules and sends the New-lead notification right away.
Do you work with HomeAdvisor?
Yes. HomeAdvisor leads post to the MoveBoard lead API, and their field names are understood as they are.
Can we connect a lead provider that isn't listed?
Yes, if the provider can send leads by web request. Any provider can post to the MoveBoard lead API. Contact support and we'll connect it.
What if the same lead comes in twice?
MoveBoard refuses the duplicate, so the lead appears once and nobody calls the customer twice.
