Reliability & Uptime
Elromco runs on AWS with regional failover, auto-scaling, and continuous monitoring. We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Status updates and incident communications are posted to all customers in real time.
Data Ownership
Your data is yours. You can export your full dataset (orders, customers, eBOLs, payroll) in CSV at any time, with no hidden export fees. If you cancel, we retain data for 90 days then permanently delete it.
Privacy by Default
We never sell, share, or use your customer data for advertising. Your customers' personal information stays inside your tenant. Detailed privacy practices are documented in our Privacy Policy.
GDPR & CCPA Compliant
We honor data subject access requests (DSAR), right-to-be-forgotten requests, and data export requests within the legal windows required by GDPR (30 days) and CCPA (45 days). Submit requests to privacy@elromco.com.
Support You Can Reach
Real humans. We respond to support inquiries within 2 business hours during US business hours. Enterprise customers get a dedicated account manager. We do not gate support behind paid tiers.

Headquartered in Canton, Massachusetts. Customer data is hosted in U.S. AWS data centers and does not leave the United States without your explicit authorization.
