Hi Jamie, thanks for the estimate! Two quick questions: can the crew take the upright piano down two flights, and is there an extra charge for it?
What it fixes
The day before Mail, and the day after.
Quotes go out from a no-reply address and the customer's answer lands nowhere.
Mail goes from your own address, and replies come back onto the order.
The dispatch@ inbox is on one computer, and everyone else asks “did they write back?”.
Share a mailbox with a whole position: every dispatcher reads it.
The realtor's email thread lives in Gmail; the order lives in MoveBoard.
Attach to… files the conversation on the order or the business account.

01 / The inbox
Every mailbox you work from, down the left.
Pick a mailbox and Inbox or Sent. Search mail, show only unread, and check for new mail with one press. Point at a conversation to mark it read or unread, flag it, archive it or delete it, or tick several and act on them together.
- Reply, Reply all and Forward from the open conversation
- Compose a new email and pick which mailbox it goes From
- Deleted mail goes to the mailbox's bin for 30 days
- A mailbox that needs reconnecting says so, and its mail comes back once it is

File the conversation where the work is.
Attach to… files an email conversation on an order, a business account or a storage tenant. Search by order number, name, email or phone, or just scroll, and pick it. The conversation then shows on that record for everyone working it.

Connect once, on Google's or Microsoft's own page.
Each person connects their own mailbox under their name, Connections: Connect Google or Connect Microsoft, sign in on the provider's page in a pop-up, done. The same panel connects Google Calendar and RingCentral, and shows Connected, Needs reconnect or Not connected for each.
- MoveBoard asks to send as the mailbox and to read it, so replies land on orders
- Any other mailbox connects with its server settings instead
- Admins see who still needs to connect, and can sign in on someone's behalf

Your email, calendar and phone
You type your password on Google's or Microsoft's own page. MoveBoard never sees it.

dispatch@ for every dispatcher, billing@ for finance.
Admins decide who works from which mailbox. Everyone reads their own; admins and managers read the company's; tick a position beside a mailbox, such as Sales, Dispatcher, Customer service or Finance, and everyone in that position gets it in Mail.

Everyone reads their own mailbox. Admins and managers read the company's. Tick a position to share a mailbox with everyone in it.

By the numbers

Google or Microsoft passwords MoveBoard sees
Google and Microsoft mailboxes connect by signing in on the provider's own page. MoveBoard is given access, never your password.
Which email providers work with Mail?
Google (Gmail and Google Workspace) and Microsoft mailboxes connect by signing in. Any other mailbox connects with its server settings and password.
Do customer replies show up on the order?
Yes. When a mailbox is connected with permission to read, a customer's emailed reply lands on its order and in Mail.
Can several people work from the same mailbox?
Yes. An admin shares a mailbox with a position, for example dispatch@ with every Dispatcher, and everyone in that position sees it in Mail.
What happens if a mailbox disconnects?
It shows Needs reconnect. Press Reconnect Google or Reconnect Microsoft and sign in again; until then that mailbox can't send or read mail, and its mail comes back once it's connected.
Does MoveBoard see my email password?
No. For Google and Microsoft you sign in on their own page and MoveBoard is given access. A mailbox set up by password stores its server settings, entered by an admin.
