Authorize.net payments for moving companies: Get paid at every step, into your own account.
Connect your Authorize.net account and MoveBoard takes the deposit at booking, card payments in the office, pay links by text, and the balance on the crew's phone at the end of the move. The money goes to your own merchant account.

What you get
Authorize.net and MoveBoard, working as one.
Deposits wherever the customer books
In the office, from a deposit link you text, or when the customer books online through their portal.
Payments on the bill of lading
The crew collects the balance on the electronic bill of lading with the card on file or a new card.
Pay links and the customer portal
Customers pay invoices from a link or their portal, and can add a tip.
Cards on file, refunds and storage
Cards are stored at Authorize.net (MoveBoard keeps only the last four digits and expiry). Refund or void from the order, and charge recurring storage automatically.

Where you'll see it
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own Authorize.net merchant account. MoveBoard does not hold your money.
Can the crew take a payment at the end of the move?
Yes. On the electronic bill of lading the crew can charge the card on file or a new card, and the payment is filed on the order.
Can customers pay a deposit when they book online?
Yes. The deposit is charged when the customer books online, or you can text them a deposit link or take it over the phone.
Do you store card numbers?
No. Cards are stored at Authorize.net. MoveBoard keeps only the last four digits and the expiry date so your team can see which card is on file.
