It doesn't have to. The MoveBoard softphone rings in the browser alongside your desk phones and the RingCentral mobile app. Whoever answers, the call is still filed on the order.

No, transcription is on demand. Click Transcribe on any recording or voicemail and MoveBoard writes a transcript with the speakers separated. You only transcribe the calls you need to read.

It matches the caller's phone number against the phones on your orders. If there's more than one match you pick the right one. Unknown callers can be attached to any order by searching the order number.

Yes. A company connects one RingCentral account, and each person can sign in to their own extension on top of it. Without their own sign-in, their calls use the company line.
