Settings › Integrations › QuickBooks keeps your QuickBooks keys and when payments should be posted.
What it does today
The page
QuickBooks keys — Please input your Quickbooks Client ID and Client Secret, then save your changes before proceeding with connection.
- Client ID and Client Secret. A saved key shows as dots and is never shown again.
- Connect stays greyed until the sign-in is available.
Behavior — When payments are posted to QuickBooks:
- Automatically post payments to quickbooks when job is closed, or
- Automatically post payments to quickbooks when payment is made.
Anyone who can open Settings can change it. Press Save.
If something goes wrong
That could not be saved — check the keys and try again.
