Order flags settings
Create the coloured flags your office puts on orders — VIP, fragile, call back — per move type, and keep them in order.

Flags are small coloured labels that mark an order at a glance — VIP, fragile, call back. Settings › Sales & orders › Order flags is where you make them. How to put a flag on an order and filter by it is in Order flags.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Flags are kept per move type — pick it at the top. Every change here saves at once.
Add or change a flag
- Press New flag (or Edit flag on a row).
- Type the Flag name and pick its Color.
- Press Save.
Drag a flag by its grip to change the order the flags are offered in.
Delete a flag
Press Delete on the row and confirm in Delete this flag?
- A flag no order carries is removed outright — the pop-up says Nothing carries this flag. It will be removed outright.
- A flag already on orders is retired: it's no longer offered, but the orders wearing it keep it.
Copy to other move types
Copy to other move types puts this move type's flags (names and colours) on the other move types, at once, after you confirm. The flags those move types had are retired; orders already wearing them keep them.
Storage tenants and invoices have their own flags: see Storage flags and Invoice flags.
