Settings › Storage › Storage agreement is the document a storage customer signs — usually on the foreman's phone on moving day (Storage agreement on site).
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change it. It is built with the same block designer as the bill of lading — see Bill of lading for every button.
Build the agreement
- Open Settings › Storage › Storage agreement. With none yet, the page reads No storage agreement yet.
- Add New Storage Agreement makes one; each agreement is a tab across the top (drag a tab to reorder).
- Give it a Name, and choose the move types, services and estimate types it's for.
- Drag blocks from the palette on the right (or click them): a text block for your terms, the address, the storage options, the cost breakdown, the final signatures…
- On each block: edit it, set its Size (Full width / Half width), remove it, or Edit Signatures.
- Preview shows it as the customer will see it.
- Press Save.
Saving a change writes a new version. Agreements already signed keep the version they were signed on.
