Settings › Pricing & calculator › Price calendar decides what each day is worth: its price level (which row of Rates it uses), its minimum hours, and whether customers may book it at all. Step-by-step use is in Peak, discount and blocked days.

Before you start

Anyone who can open Settings can change the calendar. It is kept per move type (pick it at the top). Every change saves at once — there is no Save button.

A new company starts with every day of this year and next marked Regular, with no minimum hours of their own.

What's on the page

  • Twelve months; each day is coloured by its price level, with its minimum hours in the corner.
  • Click a day for its menu: a price level, Blocked, or Set minimum hours….
  • Select Dates marks many days at once: tick the days, then pick a rate or minimum hours.
  • Earlier year / Later year arrows move between years. Past years can be looked at, not changed.
  • Copy to other move types copies this move type's whole calendar over the others, after asking.

Open orders on changed days

Quotes already given keep their price. After you change days from today on, the bar offers Update open orders… — and the page asks again before you leave. Update them reprices those open orders in the background; Reserved and Booked orders never change. See When a settings change reprices orders.
