FAQ
The questions and answers on your customers' FAQ tab, in the order they read them.

Settings › Customer experience › FAQ is the list of questions and answers on the FAQ tab of your customers' page.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Each card saves on its own Save; a move saves as soon as you drop it.
Add or change a question
- Press Add question. A blank card appears at the top.
- Type the question and its answer.
- Press the card's Save (it lights only when something changed).
A new card stays on screen until you save it.
Order and remove
- Drag a card by its handle (or use Move up / Move down) — the customer's FAQ tab shows them in this order. The move saves at once.
- Remove takes a card off, after asking.
