Settings › Reputation › Review link & QR codes sets where your crews' review QR codes send your customers, and shows every foreman's QR code.
Review link
Paste the page your customers leave a review on — usually your Google "write a review" link (in your Google Business Profile, Ask for reviews). It must start with https://. Each branch has its own.
Once your Google Business Profile is connected to MoveBoard, the QR codes open its review page by themselves and this link is only the fallback.
Until a link is set, the crew's Review card tells them to ask the office for it instead of showing the customer a QR code.
Foremen's QR codes
Everyone with the Foreman position, or who is foreman on a crew, gets a QR code automatically — there are no names to type. Each one is your company's own short link, and it never changes, so you can print it.
On a job, the Review card shows the job's foreman's code for that job. When a customer scans it, MoveBoard notes the foreman, the job and the time (kept for at least a year) and opens your review page. A link preview or the same phone scanning twice in a few minutes is noted but not counted.
