Many apartment buildings want a certificate of insurance (COI) from the movers, or only allow moves in certain hours. Settings › Customer experience › COI & time windows lets the customer tell you so on their address form.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Settings are saved separately for each move type (pick it at the top). Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Certificate of insurance
- Display COI option — the customer's address form shows a COI option.
- Enable COI popup information — ticking it also asks who gets the certificate (name, email, phone, instructions). Greyed while Display COI option is off.
Time window restriction
- Display time window restriction option — the address form shows the building's time-window option.
- Enable Time Window Restriction popup — ticking it also asks how the movers get in and between which hours. Greyed while the option above is off.
Copy to other move types puts the four switches on the others and waits for Save.
