The arrival window is when the crew is due at the customer's door. Settings › Sales & orders › Arrival windows decides which windows can be picked when a move is scheduled. How windows work on the board and how to tell the customer about a change is in Arrival windows.

The cards
Default Arrival Window
- Default Selection — Pre-selected Times, Custom Time or TBD: what a new move starts with.
Pre-selected times — your standard windows, such as 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM.
- Add pre-selected time, pick From and To, then Add.
- Move up / Move down set the order they are listed in when scheduling. The first one is also the window a job dropped on the dispatch board falls back to.
- The bin deletes a window.
- While Pre-selected is the default, one window carries Default; Make default moves it.
Custom Time — any window between the From and To you set.
TBD — not decided yet. Truck start time window From / To is the earliest and latest the truck may start; dispatch plans a TBD day by it.
Each of the three kinds has an Off / On switch in its card. The default kind can't be switched off.
