Custom blocks

Settings › Customer experience › Custom blocks adds boxes of your own words to the customer's page — "What to expect on moving day", "Holiday hours", "Parking permit reminder" — shown only where they apply.

Before you start

Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Each block saves on its own.

Add a block

1. 1Press Add custom block (Edit custom block opens).
2. 2Type the Block Title and the body. Hide title shows the body alone.
3. 3Save.
4. 4Press Block settings to choose where it shows: - Show custom block in account — off hides the block from every customer without deleting it. - Service types, Order statuses and Move types — the block shows only on orders matching all three. - On the confirmation page — also show it there. - Order — lower shows first.

Each block card says Shown in account or Not in account, and lists where it applies.

Change, move or delete

• Edit block changes the words; Block settings changes the rest.
• Move up / Move down swap a block with its neighbour, at once.
• Delete block asks first (Warning).
