A release form lets the crew do something risky the customer asks for — moving a fragile item, squeezing through a tight door — once the customer signs that they release you from liability. Settings › Documents & bill of lading › Release form sets what it offers. How the crew uses it is in Release forms.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. It is kept per move type (pick it in Move type).
- Permissions, names, costs and Visible wait for Save.
- Adding and removing a service happen at once.
Permissions
- Foreman Can Change Service Cost
- Foreman Can Add Services
A new company starts with both on.
Services
What the release form offers the customer, its cost, and whether it shows: each row has Name, Cost and Visible. The four standard services keep their names and can't be removed; your own can be renamed or removed (You are about to remove this service…).
Add new service adds one (it needs a name).
Copy to other move types puts this move type's services and permissions on the others, at once, after asking.
