Quote display

Settings › Customer experience › Quote display decides when and where customers see their price. The full rule — and how to release the price on a single order — is in Show or hide the price.

Before you start

Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Most of it is kept per move type (pick it at the top); the cards marked All move types are one setting for the branch. Nothing is saved until you press Save.

When the customer sees the quote

Let the Customer Account column decide for New and Follow Up orders (all move types):

• Off — until an order can be booked online, the customer sees the quote only after you release it on the order (Portal visibility). A new company starts here.
• On — until then, the Customer Account column below decides, service by service. A quote you release on the order always shows.

Can Book Online, Reserved and Booked orders always show the price.

Where each service's quote shows

One row per service, two columns:

• Customer Account — Show the quote on the Customer Account (the customer's page).
• Forms — the price on your website form right after the customer asks for a quote.

Turn all on switches a whole column.

AI Leads

Leads the AI receptionist or the chatbot made: AI Leads on the Customer Account — Whatever the order's status. Off: the customer waits for the office to release the quote on the order.

Your website form, while you prepare the price

What the customer reads after asking for a quote, where a service's Forms switch is off — your own words for the thank-you card (for example When you will be in touch and the Button to the customer's account), with a Preview.

Packing on the customer's page

• Show Packing on account page — The customer can see and choose packing on their page.
• Show Labor Rate only on Long Distance and Flat Rate — show only the packing labor rate on long-distance and flat-rate quotes.

Copy to other move types fills the others and waits for Save.
