Settings › Sales & orders › Required to book online decides what an order needs on its Customer card before it can become Can Book Online — whether you change the status yourself, change several at once, ask Ed, or press Send the quote.
There's a switch for each detail: First name, Last name, Email and Phone. All four are on until you change them, so nothing changes until you do.
- Turn Phone off and a lead with only an email address can get the quote by email.
- Turn Email off and a lead with only a phone number can be made Can Book Online, and its text templates go out from the Order Updates pop-up. The quote email itself still needs an email address.
Press Save. It applies to the next status change.
When something required is missing, MoveBoard says exactly what — for example To make this order bookable online, add the customer's email in the Customer section.
