Settings › Customer experience › Moving insurance writes the Insurance page of your customers' portal.
Before you start
Anyone who can open Settings can change it. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
Set it
- Switch Moving insurance on.
- Write the words — The customer sees these words on their portal's Insurance page while Moving Insurance is on. The text is greyed while the switch is off.
- Press Save.
This page only explains; the protection plans the customer actually chooses are set on Valuation.
If the page reads Moving insurance is not set up for this company, contact support.
