Settings › Inventory › Measurements shows each item's width × depth × height in inches next to its cubic feet — for example 49" W × 4" D × 29" H.
Turn it on
- Turn on Show item measurements.
- Tick where they show: - Office — the inventory pop-up on an order (the item list and In this move). - Customer page — the customer's inventory page. - Order for Service — a Size (in) column in the inventory table of the Order for Service. - Bill of Lading — the crew's inventory on the job.
- Press Save.
It's off until you turn it on. While it's off, items show their cubic feet only.
Where the inches come from
- Every item starts with a standard size for what it is (a 46–55" flat panel TV, a queen bed, a medium box…). An item with a photo of your own gets a size worked out from its cubic feet.
- To use your own, open the item in Inventory items and type its Width, Depth and Height. Empty the boxes to go back to the standard.
- A line your office sized with Define dimensions on an order shows the inches typed for it.
