Property types

Every pickup and delivery address on an order has a property type: a house, an apartment, a storage unit, an office… Settings › Sales & orders › Property types is that list.

Before you start

Anyone who can open Settings can change this page. Nothing is saved until you press Save.

The list

Each property type has:

• Name — what the office and customer see.
• Active — it can be picked on an order's stop.
• Show to customer — customers can pick it on your website form and their portal.

Drag a row by its grip to change the order (the arrows do the same from the keyboard).

Change the list

1. 1Add puts a new row at the end — type its Name.
2. 2To delete, click a row to select it, then press Delete (it asks first).
3. 3Switch Active and Show to customer as you need.
4. 4Press Save, or Cancel to put everything back.

If something goes wrong

• Name is required field — a row has no name.
