The three policies
All three are kept per move type: when your company takes more than one, pick it in Move type at the top of the page (Each move type can have its own policies; one without its own uses the Residential ones.).
Company policy — What the customer agrees to when they book, on their page.
Cancellation policy — The cancellation terms the customer agrees to when they book.
Terms and conditions — the terms for the bill of lading.
Each has a switch for your own words: Own Company Policy, Own Cancellation Policy, Own Terms and Conditions.
- Residential, off — MoveBoard's default words show, read-only (This is the default policy. Switch on … to write your own.).
- Commercial or Military, off — the Residential policy shows, read-only: those orders use it (Off: Commercial orders show the Residential company policy. Switch on to write one for Commercial moves.).
- On — write your own in the editor.
Which policy a customer reads
The customer reads the policy written for their order's move type — on the booking page and on the crew's Order for Service. A move type with none of its own (switch off, or nothing written) shows the Residential one; each policy falls back on its own.

The order for service the customer signs quotes these policies — see Estimate & order for service. Links to your website's privacy policy and terms pages are set on Company info.
