Whether the crew writes change orders on the job, and the terms printed above the signatures on every change order.

A change order is the addendum the crew writes on the job when something changes — more items, a new stop — with the price before and after and both signatures. Once signed, its items go on the order's inventory and its charges go straight onto the bill of lading. How the crew writes one is in Change orders on site.

The settings
Change orders
- Crew writes change orders on the job — on by default. Off: no new change orders on the crew phone. The office does not write change orders — before move day, change the order and have the customer sign the Order for Service again.
Change order terms
- Change order terms — the words above the signatures on every change order: on the phone, in the portal and in the signed PDF. Leave it empty for MoveBoard's default terms.
Long-distance change orders also print the federal wording for the estimate type (49 CFR 375.403 / 375.405). That part is fixed by law and isn't edited here.
The office reads change orders in the order window.
