The move date

In Move Details, change Move Date like any other field. It's part of your draft until you press SAVE. If the day already holds trucks, MoveBoard asks before letting them go for the new date.

The arrival window

The arrival window is when the crew is due at the door. In Move Details, the Arrival Window row shows it as two times you can change right there — or TBD.

Press Arrival Window to open the pop-up:

  • Requested Arrival Window — what the customer asked for. It's a record and can't be changed. An orange clock next to the row means the customer gave a preferred time; hover over it to read it.
  • Set Time By — pick one (your company decides which are offered): - Select Time from Settings — one of your company's standard windows (Settings › Sales & orders › Arrival windows). - Custom Time — any from–to times. - TBD — not decided yet. You then give the crew's earliest and latest start, so trucks can still be held.
  • Press Save in the pop-up, then SAVE on the order.

A truck can't be held until the day has an arrival window.

Schedule Date/Truck

When your company shows the truck schedule as a pop-out, Schedule Date/Truck sits next to + Add Day in Move Details. Press it to open the truck schedule for the day — see The truck schedule in the order.

Pick trucks from a list

The truck picker (Trucks for …) lists the fleet with each truck's cubic feet, and why a truck can't be used: Out of service, On #1234 (the order it's on) or Placeholder. Tick the trucks and press Hold these.
