The order log
Everything that happened to an order — what changed, who did it, and when, to the second.

The Order Log sits beside the conversation at the bottom of the order window. Every change to the order is a line in it, newest first.
Read a line
Each line tells you:
- Who — the round icon shows who did it. Hover over it to read: Office user (their picture or initials), Customer, Crew, Automatic — done by the system, Ed, the AI assistant, or The AI receptionist.
- What — in plain words, with the old value crossed out and the new one beside it. On a multi-day move the day is named (for example Day 2 · Crew Size).
- When — date and time, to the second.
Payment lines show the amount, the method, the card's last four digits and any tip, fee or discount.
Filter the log
Press Display to choose what to see:
- All Types, or one kind: Status, Schedule, Price and payments, Crew and trucks, Addresses, Inventory and services, Customer details, Order details, Emails and texts, Customer page (what the customer did on their own page), Documents and photos, Notes and tasks, Job progress (the crew's steps on the day), Reminders, Views (who opened the order and for how long) or Other. Only kinds with lines in this order are offered, with how many.
- Did not go through — changes and sends that failed, with the reason.
- Calls and emails logged manually.
- By who — one person's lines only.
- Show views and team alerts — switch on to include who opened the order and the team's alerts, which are hidden to start with.
Press the pop-out button to read the log in a bigger pop-up.
