The truck schedule shows your trucks for the move day, the hours of the day across, and every booked and reserved job laid where it runs — with this order standing out. It's where you hold a truck for the order.

Depending on your company's settings it sits above the cards, at the bottom of the window, or opens from Schedule Date/Truck in Move Details.

Read the schedule

  • One row per truck. Jobs are coloured by status and service; hover over one to see its order number, customer and arrival window.
  • The This order row shows this order's job while a truck is still to be held.
  • Trucks Available at the top counts free trucks by your company's rule (Settings › Dispatch › Trucks).
  • The arrows walk to the previous or next day. The Move date chip brings you back to the move day. Pick any day with the date box.
  • Day and Week switch the view.
  • Double-click a job to open that order.

Hold a truck for this order

Press a truck's name. It's held for this order — press it again to let it go. You can also drag this order's job onto a truck.

  • A truck can only be held once the day has an Arrival window. If it doesn't have one, MoveBoard asks you to set it first.
  • A truck already busy at that time can't be held: A booked job is already there. Two jobs do not share a truck's time.
  • If the move's cubic feet are more than the truck holds, MoveBoard warns you and asks before going on.

The trucks you hold here are slots on the quote, not the vehicle that actually goes out — that follows the crew and is set on the Dispatch board.

Move the job to another day

Drag this order's job to another date on the schedule. MoveBoard asks Move the job? first; Yes, move it changes the day's date in your draft. Press SAVE on the order to keep it.

Blocked time

Grey blocks are time a truck isn't available (for example a long-distance load-out). Blocks you're allowed to change can be dragged to another time or truck, stretched from an end, or locked in place with the lock icon.
