When a customer says "I never got that text", this is where you look.
Open it
In the Order Log header, press the Workflows button (the flow-chart icon). Workflows on this order opens — What ran, what is waiting, and why.
Read it
One line per workflow run, newest first:
| Says | Means |
|---|---|
| Sent | The workflow did its job — the text or email went. |
| Waiting | It's waiting to run, until the date and time shown. |
| Skipped | It didn't need to run; the reason is shown (for example the order no longer matched its Only if). |
| Stopped | It was stopped before running; the reason is shown. |
| Did not go through | It tried and failed; the reason is shown (for example the customer has no phone number). |
Each line also shows when the run started.
If nothing has run yet, you'll see No workflow has run on this order yet.
Opening this list never sends anything.
