What the QuickBooks page holds today — your keys and when payments should be posted — and what to do until sending to QuickBooks is available.

Settings › Integrations › QuickBooks is where your QuickBooks connection will live. Today it keeps your QuickBooks keys and your choice of when payments are posted — nothing is sent to QuickBooks yet.
What the page holds
- QuickBooks keys — your Client ID and Client Secret. A saved key shows as dots and is never shown again.
- Behavior — When payments are posted to QuickBooks: Automatically post payments to quickbooks when job is closed, or Automatically post payments to quickbooks when payment is made.
The page reads Quickbooks is not connected. and Connect stays greyed until signing in at Intuit is available. You can save your keys and choice now; they'll be used once it is. See QuickBooks settings.
Until then
Your bookkeeper can work from MoveBoard's reports:
- Payments, income and invoices are in the money reports — see Revenue and money reports.
- Every report can be exported to a spreadsheet with Can Export reports — see Export a report.
