MoveBoard keeps your jobs, payments, invoices and payroll. Sending them to QuickBooks automatically is on its way.
The QuickBooks page today
Settings › Integrations › QuickBooks has:
- QuickBooks keys — your QuickBooks Client ID and Client Secret. A saved key shows as dots and is never shown again.
- Connect — greyed out: "Connecting to QuickBooks by signing in at Intuit is coming soon."
- Behavior — when payments are to be posted: Automatically post payments to quickbooks when job is closed, or Automatically post payments to quickbooks when payment is made.
You can save the keys and the behaviour now; nothing is sent to QuickBooks until connecting is offered. The page says whether QuickBooks is switched on or not connected.
Getting your numbers out now
Your bookkeeper can work from MoveBoard's reports:
- Payments Collected, Revenue Overview, Payments & Outstanding Balances, Refunds & Voids, Taxes and Credit Card Fees — see Revenue & money reports.
- Payroll by Employee and Payroll by Pay Period — see Payroll reports.
Each has a CSV download for anyone with Can Export reports. See Export a report.
