What MoveBoard connects to
Every outside service MoveBoard works with — card payments, texting, phone, email, calendar, your website, lead providers, maps — where each is set up and who sets it up.

MoveBoard does most things itself, and connects to a handful of outside services for the rest. This page lists each one, what it's for, and where it's set up. Settings › Integrations holds some of them; others sit with the part of MoveBoard they serve.
The list
| Service | What it does | Where | Who |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authorize.net | Charges cards — deposits, payments, cards on file, refunds. | Settings › Payments & billing › Payment processing | You add your keys |
| Texting | Texts to customers and crews from your own business number. | Settings › Communication › Text messages | Set up with the MoveBoard team |
| RingCentral | Your phone line in MoveBoard: calls ring in the browser and are filed on orders. | Settings › Integrations › RingCentral, and each person's Connections | An administrator, then each person |
| Google or Microsoft mail | Company and personal mailboxes: mail goes from your address, replies come back. | Settings › Communication › Email setup, and each person's Connections | You, and each person |
| Google Calendar | Puts jobs and estimates on the calendars of the people who choose them. | Each person's Integration tab | Switched on with the MoveBoard team, then each person |
| Your website | Quote forms that turn visitors into leads. | Settings › Website & forms › Quote forms › Install | You or your web person |
| Lead providers | Angi and other providers send leads straight in. | Connected by the MoveBoard team | Ask support |
| Google Maps | Finds addresses, works out miles and drive times. | Built in | Nothing to do |
| Zillow | Opens an address on Zillow from the order. | Built in | Nothing to do |
| Card for your balance | Pays for texting and the AI receptionist. | Settings › Payments & billing › Balance & usage | You |

Pages for services your company doesn't have switched on don't show in your Settings menu. For example RingCentral shows only once RingCentral is on for your company.
Company or person?
Some connections are the company's, and some are each person's:
- The company's — the card processor, the texting number, the company mailbox, the RingCentral company line, the website forms.
- Each person's — their own mailbox, their Google Calendar, their RingCentral sign-in. Each person connects these under their name › Connections; administrators see everyone's state on the Connections list — see Connections.
Passwords never pass through MoveBoard
When you connect Google, Microsoft or RingCentral, you sign in on their own page in a pop-up. MoveBoard gets permission to act, never your password. Card numbers go straight to Authorize.net — see Card security.
Not here yet
Zapier, reading lead emails and some other connections aren't offered yet — see Zapier and others.
