A live map of where your trucks and crews are isn't offered yet. It's planned for when the crew's phone app is available.
How you follow a job today
Each job's progress comes from the foreman's taps in the Mover's Portal:
| Step | When |
|---|---|
| Assigned | A crew is put on the job. |
| Received | The foreman opens the job on the phone. |
| En Route | The foreman sends the customer's ETA text and leaves. |
| Arrived | The foreman presses ARRIVED. |
| Loading, On The Way, Unloading | Move along with the customer's signatures and the foreman's taps. |
| Payment | The customer has paid on the bill. |
| Completed | The bill of lading is submitted. |
You see these straight away, without refreshing:
- on the job card's status on the Dispatch board — press it for the job tracker with the time of each step;
- on the Dispatch Dashboard's Progress card, with jobs Running late;
- in the order window's job tracker — see Job tracker.
When the phone hasn't moved it
On the Dispatch tab, click the job: the Status card under Assign Personnel shows every step — press the one it has reached. On the Job Assignments tab, open the job's card and press its status pill: Where has this job got to? offers the same steps. Not Assigned and Assigned follow the crew and can't be picked, and a completed job can only change after it's reopened.
Settings you might look for
There's no GPS setting to turn on yet. Crew location in Settings › Crew › Foreman app is about something else: whether the foreman's phone must share its location to open jobs, and the position it reports while en route for the customer.
