Track the movers (not offered yet)
Customers following the crew on a map isn't switched on yet — what customers get today instead, and where the setting will live.

Letting customers watch the crew on a map needs the crew's live location, which comes with the movers' phone app. Crew tracking isn't switched on for any company yet, so customers can't track the movers today — the map link isn't sent and the setting has no effect.
What customers get today
When the foreman heads out, they press EN ROUTE and the customer gets a text with the arrival time — "your movers are on the way, arriving in about 25 minutes". See The crew-on-the-way text.
If that text doesn't reach the customer, the crew and the office are asked to call them.
The setting
Settings › Customer experience › Track the movers keeps its switch for when tracking arrives. Changing it now doesn't change anything customers see.
