When the crew or the office sends a Send to pay link, the payer gets a text from your company's number and an email with a Review and pay button. The link opens on your company's website without signing in.
What the payer sees
- A line saying who sent the link and how much is due.
- The Bill of lading for the move, exactly as the crew has it — for review only; nothing on it can be changed.
- Pay: - Amount to pay — set by your company; the payer can't change it. - Would you like to tip the movers? — 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, Custom or No tip. The whole tip goes to the crew. If your company charges a card fee, it applies to the tip too. - The Amount, Tip for the crew, Card fee and Total. - Confirm the payment — their First name and Last name, a tick on the sentence, for example I'm paying $1,155.00 for the move of Jane Doe on 10/17/2026 ($1,000.00 + $100.00 tip for the crew + $55.00 card fee)., and Your signature drawn with a finger or the mouse. Pay stays off until all three are done; they are saved with the payment. - The card, and Pay $….
On a phone, Review and pay at the bottom of the screen jumps to the Pay part.
After paying
Thank you — $1,155.00 received. If something is still left on the bill, the page says how much. (It never says the move is paid unless it is.)
If the amount changed
The link always asks for what is left at that moment. If part was paid since the link was sent, the page offers the lower amount. If everything is paid, it says the move is already paid — nobody can pay twice. If the balance changes while the payer is on the page, pressing Pay refreshes the page with the new amount instead of charging.
