Packing supplies in the customer portal
The portal's Packing supplies page — your packing materials and the price of each, for the customer to look up before asking.

Customers often ask what boxes and other packing materials cost. The portal answers it: Packing supplies in the side menu lists your packing materials and the price of each. Home's Move details card has a See packing supplies & prices link to the same page.
What it shows
- Your packing materials from Sales & orders › Packing materials, in the order you set there.
- Only the materials of the move's branch and the move's type (residential, commercial…).
- The price each, as an order is charged for it: the LM Unit Cost on a local move, the LD Unit Cost plus its Labor Rate on a long-distance move.
It's a list to read. To add something to the move, the customer asks their moving specialist. To sell boxes the customer pays for themselves, use Order boxes (box delivery).
When it shows
The item shows when the branch has packing materials for the move's type. You can hide it, or give it your own name, in Customer experience › Client portal (menu items) like any other menu item.
