Design the client portal
Make the customer portal yours — click any part of the live portal to hide it, reword it or recolour it, set what customers may do, match your brand's colours, and save.

Settings › Customer experience › Client portal shows Your client portal, in design mode — the real portal with a sample order, exactly as your customers see it. Click anything in it to hide it, reword it or change its color; nothing reaches your customers until you press Save.
Look around
- Walk through the portal's pages with Portal pages.
- Switch between Desktop and Phone.
- Choose All services (default) or one service type: changes can apply to every move, or only to one kind (for example, hide packing for labour-only jobs).
- Preview the quote switches the sample between Quote shown and Quote hidden (We're preparing your quote).
Change one thing
Click any part of the portal. A panel opens beside it (a sheet on a phone):

Undo takes back the last change. A changed element can be put back.
What customers may do
These switches decide what the portal lets customers do. Off, the customer sees the information without the button, or a polite line asking them to contact you:
Edit contact details, Change the move date, Edit addresses, Change the move size, Edit inventory, Write notes, Upload files, Send messages, Book / sign order for service, Pay deposit, Pay invoice, Choose protection plan, Choose packing, Pay storage.
The price
Price the customer sees: Range (low and high), Estimate (one total) or Hourly (rate and hours, no total).
Colours
The Colours panel beside the portal holds the whole theme. Match my brand suggests a theme from your logo or your website — Use this theme fills it in. Text that would be hard to read on its background is named and fixed for you. Reset all to the theme makes every element take its colour from the theme again.
Save
Save appears only while you've really changed something. Saved. Your customers see it the next time a portal page opens. Leaving with changes asks first — The designer has changes that are not saved yet.
Install
Install, beside Design, has the line that puts the portal on your website. See The portal on your website.
