Customer portal
See the customer's portal
Open a customer's portal from the office exactly as they see it — read-only, with a banner, from the order or from a business account — to help them on the phone.

When a customer calls with "where do I click?", open their portal and look at the same screen.
From an order
On the order's Customer card, press View Customer Account Page. Their portal opens in a new tab — on your company's website when you have one set up — on this move's Home.
From a business account
On the account's page, press See their portal — Opens the account's moves as the account holder sees them, read-only. For a business account that's every order on the account.
It's read-only
A yellow banner runs across the top:
> You are viewing the customer's portal as they see it. It is read-only: nothing can be changed or signed from here, and nothing you do is recorded as the customer.
(From an account it says the account's portal.)
So you can:
- walk through every page with them — Home, inventory, documents, invoices, storage;
- see exactly which buttons they have, as your portal settings decide.
But you can't:
- sign, book or pay — You are viewing the customer's portal read-only, so nothing can be paid here. The customer pays from their own link.
- change their date, addresses, inventory or contact details;
- send messages as them.
Opening it doesn't count as the customer signing in or viewing anything — no "customer is online" alert, no lead-score points.
Only what you may open
The view shows only what you may open in the office. A move or invoice you're not allowed to see in the office isn't shown to you here either.
