Customer portal
How customers sign in
Customers never need a password — their personal link signs them straight in, and the sign-in page texts them a six-digit code. What they see, and what to tell a customer who's stuck.

On this page
Your customers have no password to remember. They get into their portal two ways.
1. Their personal link
Every email and text you send carries the customer's own link — the quote, the deposit link, the inventory link, reminders. Pressing it signs them straight in and opens the right page. A link keeps working for 90 days.
2. A code by text
On the sign-in page — Your quote, your inventory and your booking, all in one place. — the customer:
- Types their Mobile number — Enter your mobile number and we'll text you a code.
- Presses Text me a code.
- Types the Six-digit code from the text.
- Presses Sign in.
They land on their moves (or the page they were trying to open). Under the code box: Text me a new code and Use a different number.
The page says If this number is on file with us, we've texted you a code. whether or not the number is yours — so nobody can find out who your customers are by trying numbers.
For a company with several branches, the page also offers Get a new link by text (Text me a link) as a second way in.
What to tell a customer who's stuck
| They say | What to do |
|---|---|
| "I never got the code" | Check the mobile number on the Customer card is the one they typed, and that it can take texts. Or send them their link: the deposit link or the inventory link both sign them in. |
| Invalid or expired login code. Please try again. | They typed it wrong or waited too long — Text me a new code. |
| Your link has expired. Please request a new one. | The link is older than 90 days — they can sign in with a code instead. |
| Please contact your move coordinator in order to login | Their access was switched off. Check the Customer card's Status. |
| "Where's my password?" | There isn't one — it's a code by text, every time. |
If something goes wrong
- Please enter your 10-digit mobile number.
- We could not send a code right now. Please try again in a few minutes.
- We couldn't connect. Please check your internet connection and try again.
- This sign-in page is not set up for this company. Use the link in the email or text your moving company sent you. — the customer opened a sign-in page that doesn't name your company; send them their link.
