Customer portal
The portal on your website
Put the customer portal on your own website — a page that carries it, or the full-page layer your customers' links open over your site — and get the line to paste.

Your customers' portal can live on your own website, so they never leave your site to see their move.
Two ways it meets your customers
- Links open over your site. When your website carries your MoveBoard website-forms script (the same one as your quote form), a customer who opens their portal link on your site sees the portal cover the whole page at once — never your home page with the portal a moment later. Closing it (✕ or signing out) brings your site back.
- A page of your website. A page such as "My move" carries the portal, which fits the page and grows with it.
Put it on a page
- Open Settings › Customer experience › Client portal and choose Install beside the title — Put the portal on your website.
- Make a page on your website for customers, for example "My move".
- Copy Embed code (recommended) — one line — and paste it where the portal should appear. In WordPress, Wix or Squarespace use an "HTML" or "Embed code" block.
- Publish the page.
Each branch has its own line — use the one for the branch the page is for.
If your website builder won't take scripts, use If your website builder does not take scripts: a plain frame instead.
What customers see there
The same portal as anywhere: the sign-in by text code, their moves, Home, booking. Your colours and words from the client portal designer apply.
Good to know
- Your quote form and the portal can share the page — they're the same script family.
- If a customer's browser blocks the portal's cookies inside your page, the portal opens as its own full page instead, so they can still sign in.
- Links in your emails and texts can point to your portal page — see Customer links.
