When an order is Can Book Online (or Reserved), the customer can book it themselves from their portal. This is what they go through. For your side — making an order bookable and what can stop it — see Let the customer book online.
The booking banner
Home shows a banner in your company's colours — Your date is available. Book it before it goes. — and In order to book your move, please pay your deposit and sign your order for service and confirm your move. The button reads Book Your Move (or Complete Your Reservation for a reserved move), with the deposit beside it. On a phone the same button sits at the bottom of the screen.
The Order for Service
- Agree to use electronic signatures — until they do, the document is greyed out.
- Review your order for service — the document at full height, with the move, the price and your terms. With more than one document they're tabs.
- Agree to your Company Policies and Cancellation Policy.
- Adopt your signature once, then tap each yellow Sign here in the document.
- Press Pay deposit and book (or Save and book my move when there's no deposit to pay online).
If a stop is missing its street, the first step asks for it (Save addresses).
Paying the deposit
The payment sheet shows Deposit, any Card fee, and Total today. They enter their card and pay.
Nothing is signed until your deposit goes through. If you leave or the payment does not go through, your signature is not kept. The only way out is Go back, which clears the signature.
Booked
A tick draws itself round, a little confetti, You're booked! — Thank you for signing your Order for Service. Your move is confirmed and scheduled. Then See my booked move / Go to my move takes them Home, which now says your move is booked and offers View your signed order for service.
