The partner portal
Invite an affiliate to their own portal, where they see the moves they sent you, what they earned and what you paid them.

The partner portal is your client portal, for an affiliate: the same address and the same look (your colors and logo). An affiliate who signs in sees a Partner area:
- Home: owed to them now, earned this month, expected next month, paid this year and the last payment.
- My moves: each move they sent you, with the customer, the move date, its status (New, Booked, Done, Cancelled), the estimate or final total their reward uses, and the reward with its status (Pending, Earned, Paid). They can search and pick a month or a status.
- Payments: each payment you recorded, with its date, amount, how it was paid and the moves it covered.
- Report: this month, last month, next month (expected) or any dates, with Download PDF and CSV.
- My links: their referral links and QR codes, to copy, download or print.
They never see other affiliates, your prices or settings, a customer's phone, email or street address, or anything of another company. A customer shows as you chose on Settings › Affiliates › Rewards (first name and last initial, or the full name, with the from city → to city).
Invite an affiliate
- Open the affiliate's account and find the Partner portal card.
- Press Invite to portal.
- Check their email and mobile number (their sign-in codes go there), pick Email or Text, and press Send invite. Or press Just give me the link to copy it and send it yourself.
They open the link and ask for a code by email or text. Each time they sign in they get a new code, so there is no password. Their device stays signed in for 30 days.
A new invite makes a new link; the old one stops working.
Last sign-in and turning it off
The Partner portal card shows when they were invited and when they last signed in. Turn off closes their portal at once, on every device; their referral links keep working. Turn on opens it again (they sign in with a new code).
The portal is part of the affiliate's terms: you can switch it off for everyone on Settings › Affiliates › Rewards, or for one affiliate on their Rewards card.
You need Manage affiliates and rewards to invite partners and turn their portal on or off.
