The crew fills in the bill of lading and its forms on the foreman's phone. From the board you can open the same pages to check them or help the crew.

From a job card

  1. Find a job that has a crew. The crew strip at the bottom of the card shows the foreman.
  2. Point at the strip (or press it). A pop-up lists the rest of the crew and the truck.
  3. On the right of the pop-up: - Bill of Lading — opens the job's bill of lading; - small green icons — one for each thing the crew has recorded: Inspections, Foreman Notes, Release Forms, Storage Agreement and Change Orders. Point at an icon to see how many; press it to open that page.

Icons only appear once there's something in them, so a job with no green icons has no photos, notes or forms yet.

From Assign Personnel

Select the job, and in Assign Personnel press the Foreman Page icon (the small document next to Crew: 2/3). It opens the job's page as the foreman sees it.

The Foreman Page window

The page opens in a window over the board, titled Foreman Page. It's the foreman's own screen, so what you see is exactly what the crew sees. Press Close to go back to the board.

After the bill is submitted

Once the foreman submits, the bill of lading is locked and the job is Completed. To change it, the office reopens the job from the order's closing — see Completed jobs and reopening. Whether reopening also lets the crew edit the submitted bill again is set in Settings › Dispatch › Submitted bill of lading.
