What's new in MoveBoard

Improvements land every week. Each day lists the new features — new, or working differently — and the fixes: what was broken and now works.

  1. Fixes

    • Movers App: tabs open at once: moving from Home to Jobs to Tracker on the movers' phone app no longer waits a few seconds on a spinner. Each tab shows what the phone already has right away and updates quietly behind it; the very first time, the screen's outline appears at once and fills in as the information arrives.
    • Dispatch switches days at once: the arrows, Today and the calendar now show the day you pick right away on every Dispatch tab (Dispatch, Job assignments, Crew schedule and Dashboard). The day before and the day after are ready before you press, a day you haven't opened yet shows its trucks with grey cards for a moment while it loads, and the Back button still steps through the days you looked at. Help
    • Saves come back faster: saving in the order window and other office screens no longer makes MoveBoard redraw the whole page behind the scenes, so the answer comes back sooner.
    • Order log and Last updated: the order log now shows when a customer finishes the inventory, in the same words as the bell. Last updated (and Last Modified By) now changes with every real change to an order, by anyone, including the customer, the crew, payments, documents and automatic rules. Opening or viewing an order no longer moves it. When the customer sends the inventory
    • Fewer random slow screens: MoveBoard no longer stops for a second or two now and then while a screen or an answer loads. Each part of MoveBoard now uses about half the memory it did, so it keeps running instead of starting over between requests.
    • Customers can pay by card again on Stripe: for companies that take cards through Stripe, the card form on the customer's own pages (deposit when booking, pay links, invoices, the box store) and the crew's bill of lading opened empty, and paying showed a technical message from Stripe. The card form now always opens ready for a card. If the card form ever cannot open, MoveBoard says so in plain words and nothing is charged. Pressing pay with no card chosen says "Choose a card or enter a new one."
    • Stripe refunds from the office work again: refunding a card payment taken through Stripe was refused by Stripe with a technical message. It now goes through, for part of a payment or all of it, and the office always gets a clear answer: refunded, or not refunded and safe to try again.
    • Card payments only on Stripe: when a customer picks Stripe Link's bank option instead of a card, MoveBoard now asks for a debit or credit card before anything is charged.
  2. New features

    • Job chat: on moving day the customer, that day's foreman and your office write to each other in one conversation — the customer from the live map link ("Mike is your foreman · Message Mike") and their portal, the foreman from the movers' phone app (notifications, works without signal), your office from the order window's Job chat and right on the Dispatch board (a red count on the job's card). The foreman's messages have their own office notification, When a foreman writes in the job chat. Names only, never phone numbers. Every message is also in the order log. Switch it on in Settings › Customer experience › Job chat. Job chat
    • Long distance: billing step for loading and unloading: "Flat transportation + hourly" has a new Billing step for loading and unloading — 15 minutes (the default, unchanged) or 30 minutes, rounded up (2 h 01 bills 2 h 30). Loading and unloading are each rounded on their own after the minimum hours, the same on the quote, the bill of lading, the closing and the invoice. Nothing changes until you pick it. Help
    • Crew tracking, redesigned: Dispatch › Crew tracking is now a big live map beside a list of your crews, with each crew's arrival time ("12 min · 7:33 PM"), job step, speed and last GPS report. Counts at the top show who is en route, on the job, late, at risk or out of signal — press one to see only those crews. Press a crew to see its route to the next stop. History replays a foreman's day with a time slider. Works on phones and tablets too. Crew locations on a map
    • Export customers: download your customers as a spreadsheet, one row per customer however many orders they have, with phone, email, second phone and email, city and state, number of orders, booked moves, first order, last move, source, sales person and whether they opted out of texts or emails. Press Export customers next to Export this list on the Orders page (it follows your filters), or open Reports › Customers › Customer list and press CSV. Needs Can Export reports. Export customers
    • Send to pay now works on long-distance bills — and on any job with a bill of lading: long distance (pickup and delivery), flat rate, moving & storage, storage, packing, labor only and invoice on delivery can all send a payment link now. On a long-distance bill the link starts at what is due on that leg (the % due at pickup, or what may be collected at delivery) and never asks for more than the balance; the payment lands on the long-distance bill and the closing as "Paid remotely by …". Whether the crew sees the button is still up to you: your Send to pay setting, or the move's own switch in the Payments window. A day with no bill of lading yet shows no Send to pay. Send to pay

    Fixes

    • Your own name on the customer sign-in page: after a quote on your website form, "Manage My Quote" for a returning customer could open a sign-in page without your company's name and logo. It now always opens your own sign-in page, and Logout lands there too.
    • Every link and form shows only your company: a customer link, password-reset link or quote-form link that does not name its moving company now opens a plain page asking for the link from the company's message, never another company's page. "Get a quote" links open your own quote form, and the mover's password-reset email now opens your own company's page.
    • Typing stays where you put it: picking an item in a small menu that opens another window (for example Invoices › + › Order Invoice) could, on a slow connection, move the cursor out of the box you had started typing in. The cursor now stays in your box.
    • Website quote form: the Service Type menu stays open: right after both ZIP codes were typed, the Service Type menu could close by itself a moment after it was opened. It now stays open until the customer picks.
    • WhatConverts finds the quote form: the quote form's frame on your website now has the class moveboard-form-frame, so WhatConverts can be pointed at it with wc_frame_target = '.moveboard-form-frame'. Before, it had no class or name WhatConverts could use. Help
    • The crew tracking map always shows the map: for a company with its own Google key, Dispatch › Crew tracking and the customer's "Track the movers" page could show only a gray background ("Map tiles unavailable") when that key isn't set up for maps. The map now always draws its streets.
    • The live map link is in every arrival-time text: when Track the movers is on, the text and email the customer gets when the foreman presses En Route (and the "almost there" message) now always end with Follow your crew live: and the link, even if your own template doesn't include it. A template that already places the link keeps it where you put it. Track the movers
    • Delete an invoice that only shows the order's deposit: an Order Invoice that listed the deposit already paid on the order said it "has payments received, so it can't be deleted". Only money paid on the invoice itself keeps it now; the deposit stays on the order when the invoice is deleted. Help
    • Every RingCentral call lands on its order: some calls never reached the Calls page or the order — a voicemail left in a person's own box, a call forwarded to a cell phone, a call whose end RingCentral never reported, or every call of a company whose main RingCentral line isn't connected. Every few minutes MoveBoard now checks RingCentral's own call history and files any finished call that is missing — on the customer's order, with its recording or voicemail — so a call RingCentral has is there within about 15 minutes. A call from a number that isn't on any order (a relative, a caseworker) is on the Calls page: Attach to an order files it, and its next calls too. Help
    • Card charges always give one clear answer: when the card processor is slow, the Charge button now says Confirming the payment… and checks with the processor while you wait, then says Charged or Not charged — please try again — never "not known whether the card was charged". When a card is declined
    • Trying a card again never charges it twice: every charge is sent with the processor's duplicate check. Pressing Charge again after a charge that went through says This card was already charged $X — it is recorded on the order, and makes sure it is. Charge again anyway is there when you really mean a second payment. A duplicate charge that slips through some other way is voided automatically and written on the Order Log. When a card is declined
    • Card expiration dates are taken however they're typed: 03/31, 3/31, 03/2031, 0331 or 032031 — in Credit Record (which refused them before), Credit Online, the portal, the crew's bill, Send to pay and invoices. When a card is declined
    • Signatures show in the Dark look: with Dark chosen under your name, signatures were black on a dark page and could not be seen (the bill of lading, a payment's signature, release forms, change orders, box deliveries, documents and the team profile). Every signature now sits on a white paper tile, exactly as it was signed.
    • Dashboard Reserved bars show every order that went to Reserved: a booked order sent back for a revised Order for Service, then signed again, no longer disappears from the Reserved bars. The bars count every order that went to Reserved each day, the big number is the orders still reserved, and the list from a bar shows each order's status now with what happened ("signed again 2:15 PM"). Help
    • Crew photos save and delete faster: deleting an inspection photo no longer waits for the photo storage to answer, and saving a photo's details or adding a photo to an inspection takes one quick step. The Movers App shows every save and delete at once and sends it in the background.
    • Order window › Invoices fits the screen: the list no longer scrolls sideways — it opens wide enough for every column, each invoice's buttons sit together at the end of its row (Edit and Pay, then Print, Resend and Delete), and on a phone each invoice is a card. Help
    • Save an invoice without sending it: the invoice editor has Save (an invoice already sent — it keeps its status) and Save as draft (a new one) next to Proceed To Send Invoice. Nothing goes to the customer, and the order's log says it was updated. Help
    • The invoice email shows the right amount: the email preview showed the invoice's old saved total ($947.00) instead of what was on the screen. It now uses the invoice as you see it, and asks the customer to pay the Balance Due — the same amount they see when they open the invoice. Help
    • Tracking scripts inside the quote form run every time: the code in Settings › Website & forms › Styles & scripts › "Tracking scripts inside the quote form" (WhatConverts and similar) now runs inside the quote form on your website in every browser, Safari included, on every visit. Before, some browsers and some visits got the form without it. Styles & scripts
  3. New features

    • Flat transportation + hourly: calculated transportation and long-distance hourly rates: on Settings › Long distance › Flat transportation + hourly, the new Transportation price choice can fill the flat-rate transportation from your Flat rate long distance settings (by distance and move size) — the office can still type over it on the order. On Settings › Pricing & calculator › Rates, Long-distance hourly (loading and unloading) lets you untick Use the same hourly rates as local moves and set a second rate chart for long-distance loading and unloading. Nothing changes until you change these settings. Help
    • MoveBoard's own mark on the sign-in page: the sign-in page, the signed-out card and the loading circle in an order now show MoveBoard's mark in place of the old letter badge, and the line under "Welcome back" reads "Sign in to run your moving company."
    • Refund an overpaid order in one step: on the closing, press (overpaid) next to Total Due. Refund Payment opens with the overpaid amount already filled in, and you only pick which payment it comes back from (picked for you when one payment can cover it). It never refunds more than that payment can still give back. Only people who can process refunds see it as a link. Help
    • What's new in two parts: each day's updates are split into New features (new, or works differently) and Fixes (was broken, now works) — in the What's new pop-up, on the crew's phone and in the Help Center.
    • Tracking scripts inside the quote form: admins can now add tracking code, such as WhatConverts, that runs inside the website quote form itself, on the company's own website. Find it in Settings › Website & forms › Styles & scripts. Each quote request then also reaches the tracking tool as one complete form submit, named moveboard-lead. Help
    • Long distance: transportation priced by the mile: "Flat transportation + hourly" has a third Transportation price, Rate per mile (by distance) — your own distance bands (From / To / Rate per mile, the last band "and up"), so the transportation follows the trip's miles only, never the move size; the order's ? shows the miles, the rate and the band. Nothing changes until you pick it. Help
    • See several branches on Dispatch and the Calendar: switch it on in Settings › Dispatch › Several branches, for every branch at once or for one branch, then pick "All my branches" or the branches you want. Every job, truck and crew shows a small label with its branch, and a job only goes on its own branch's trucks and crews. Help
    • Copy a person's permissions to other branches: on a person's Permissions tab, press "Copy these permissions to other branches…", pick the branches, check what changes, and copy. You can only give permissions you hold yourself. Help

    Fixes

    • Booking an order is faster: booking an order (from the order window, the customer's portal, an import or the assistant) now makes the bill of lading, the closing and the booking's notifications in far fewer steps, so the booked order, its bill of lading and imports of booked orders are ready sooner. Nothing about what is saved has changed.
    • Email preview no longer stuck on "Filling in the email for this order…": when the email came back very quickly, the preview (the eye in an order's Email tab, and the mass-send preview) could keep showing the loading words. It now always shows the filled-in email.
    • Pop-ups no longer move your cursor after you have clicked into them: a pop-up puts the cursor in its first box a moment after it opens. If you had already clicked into another box (for example a refund's Reason) or opened a calendar, it took the cursor away and what you typed went into the first box. It now leaves your cursor where you put it.
    • Long distance question no longer takes your typing: "This move is now long distance" can come a second or two after you change an address. It used to move your cursor onto Change to Long Distance, so a space typed in the next address could switch the service. Now your typing stays where it is and nothing is pressed for you. Help
    • Import Progress follows the import to the end: when MoveBoard was slow to answer, the progress card could say "That did not go through" while the orders were still going in. Now it keeps following the import until every row is in, shows the same counts as Import history, and lists any row that could not be imported with its reason. A row is never imported twice. Help
    • Adding inventory no longer freezes: pressing items in the office inventory is instant again on big item lists, SUBMIT saves in the background (opening the inventory again right away is never greyed out, and the save is retried by itself if the connection drops), and saving takes a fraction of the time it did. Changing an item in Settings › Inventory › Items is quick again too. Help
    • The menu shows only what you may open, from the first moment: on a new tab, the menu on the left could show every item (Settings too) for a few seconds before it knew what you may open. Now it shows Dashboard, Orders, Tasks and Support at once and the rest as soon as it knows; your other screens have it straight away.
    • Street suggestions come back by themselves: when the address service was slow to answer, the street box stayed empty until another key was pressed. Now it asks again by itself a moment later, and the suggestions appear.
    • Truck days off always save: taking a truck off the road for a day that had been off before and put back failed with "That did not go through." and nothing was saved. Those days now save like any other, red and pink days elsewhere in the year are left as they are, and if a save ever can't be written the calendar says which truck and days and keeps what you picked. Help
    • Calls reach the Calls page again when RingCentral is busy: when RingCentral asked MoveBoard to slow down, every open phone and every call event kept asking, so new calls stopped being filed. MoveBoard now waits RingCentral's pause out, the phone in the top bar reconnects by itself instead of asking you to reload, and calls are filed first. Call and voicemail events also keep arriving after the weekly renewal of the RingCentral connection. Help
    • Email connection warning and Connections now agree: the red envelope names the mailbox address and what went wrong, Connections shows Needs reconnect when the check finds your mailbox refused, and if you work in several branches it lists your mailbox in each one with its own Connect button. Help
    • A custom service's name is kept while the bill saves: on the crew's bill, a name typed into a new custom service right after adding it could disappear when the bill finished saving the new line, mostly on a slow connection. What the crew types now stays and is saved when they leave the box. Help
    • Signing again keeps the booked date: when a booked order goes back to Reserved (a new date, a Revised Order for Service, the status menu, Move back to Reserved, Send quote, a postponed move) and the customer signs again, it keeps the date it was first booked and who booked it. The dashboard's Booked tile, the reports, payroll and sales credit count the first booked date, and the order shows "Booked Oct 1 · Re-signed Oct 22 (Revised Order for Service #2)". Help
    • A custom invoice asks for the total you typed: a Custom Invoice (or one with Include Order Payments off) could show the order's earlier payments as Paid once saved — a $1,165 invoice read Paid $800.00 · Balance due $365.00 although the editor said $1,165 due. Now it asks for exactly what you typed, less only payments taken on that invoice, on the invoice, the email, the PDF and the customer's link. To take a deposit off, use an Order Invoice with Include Order Payments on, or add a minus Deposit line. Help
    • Lead notices land on the right order: an emailed lead notice from a lead provider no longer piles onto an unrelated customer's order — it goes on the order of the lead it describes, or stays in Mail. Help
    • Address suggestions answer faster on a new ZIP: the first street suggestions near a ZIP code, and a customer's new address in the client portal, no longer wait for MoveBoard's own bookkeeping before they answer. Two people typing near the same new ZIP at once now share one lookup.
    • Size of move from your website form always shows on the order: a size whose name has its own brackets, such as "Large 1 Bedroom condo/aprt (up to 1000 sq ft)", showed "Select Size" on the order, though the rooms came through. Now the order shows the size and rooms the customer picked, for new and earlier orders. Long room lists are kept whole. If a website lead names a size that is not in your list, the order's log says what the customer picked. Help
    • Moving & storage customers hear from you once: a moving-and-storage lead is two linked orders, and the customer used to get the welcome, texts and follow-ups for each. Now they get one welcome (with both dates), one quote email showing both moves with a Book button for each, and one follow-up — from the move in. Creating a move out sends the customer nothing new. Booked reminders stay per move. Help
  4. New features

    • Pay your crew for the time they actually worked: a new switch on Settings › Payments & billing › Crew pay time. The customer is still billed in your rounded time (quarter hours and your minimum hours); payroll pays the crew's hourly lines for the exact minutes worked. A second choice, Also pay the minimum hours, pays the crew your minimum on short jobs. The closing and the order's payroll show both times. It starts off, so nothing changes until you turn it on. Help
    • Full Value Protection deductible on the bill of lading: switch on Show the Full Value Protection deductible in Settings › Documents & bill of lading › Bill of lading rules and, when the customer chose Full Value Protection, the bill shows the deductible beside the valuation ("Valuation Cost (Deductible $250.00)") on the crew's phone, your copy and the signed PDF, with no template changes. Off until you switch it on; templates that already print the deductible show it once. Help
    • Start a block on a new page: on a bill of lading page that holds several forms, tick Start on a new page on a block (Settings › Documents & bill of lading › Bill of lading, on the block's toolbar) and the PDF starts that form on a new sheet, with no table row or signature cut in half and no extra sheets. Blocks you don't tick print the way they always have. Help
    • A deposit for each service: on Reservation & deposits, any of your services can now ask its own deposit — hours of labor, a percent of the max quote or a dollar amount — instead of the Hourly, Flat Rate or Long Distance one. Services left on "Same as above" ask what they did before. Help
    • Long distance: flat transportation + hourly loading and unloading: price a long-distance move as a flat-rate transportation charge the office types, plus hourly labor at the pickup and at the delivery, each with its own crew, rate and minimum hours (Settings › Long distance › Flat transportation + hourly). The calculator works out the loading and unloading hours; the customer sees the transportation, the hourly rates and the minimums, never the estimated hours. Off until you turn it on. Help
    • Flat transportation + hourly: tick boxes for crew and rate: on Settings › Long distance › Flat transportation + hourly, each end (loading at the pickup, unloading at the delivery) now has Use the calculator's crew and Use the hourly rate table — untick to type your own crew or rate. The minimum hours are required at each end once a service is ticked. Your saved settings and prices stay the same. Help
    • Crew permissions for one person: a foreman's Permissions tab has a new Crew phone card. Each switch (past jobs, skipping the ETA text, change orders, release form items and prices, custom services and prices on the bill, declining a schedule, time off) starts from your settings for the position, and you can change it for that one foreman. Helpers and drivers get the card too, alone on their Permissions tab. Reset to position puts it back. Nothing changes until you do. Help
    • Foreman permissions on the bill: two new switches on Settings › Crew › Foreman app, "Foreman can add custom services on the bill" and "Foreman can change prices on the bill". Both start on, so nothing changes until you switch one off, for every foreman or for one person on their Crew phone card. Help
    • Faster SAVE and messages: the order window's SAVE and the messages sent after it wait for fewer trips to the database — a crew change about three fewer, a status change on a freshly started server up to two fewer, an email after a SAVE about five fewer. Nothing on screen looks or works differently.

    Fixes

    • Deleting a paid invoice now says why it stays: ticking a paid invoice in the order's Invoices list and pressing Delete used to do nothing. Now it tells you what to do: Mark as unpaid first if it was only marked paid, or refund or remove the payment first if money was received. Help
    • Double drive time shows the drive it doubles: the order's Double Driving Time row, the closing and the bill of lading now name the drive from the pickup to the destination ("Pickup → destination 19 min × 2"), and the bill's pop-up shows that drive instead of the trip from and back to the office. New on Settings › Pricing & calculator › Travel Time: Round the drive before doubling it (off unless you switch it on) counts an 18-minute drive as 15 min × 2 = 30 min instead of 36 min rounded to 45. Help
    • Website quote forms on Framer, Webflow and similar sites: a form now shows when a visitor clicks to its page from another page of your site, not only when the page is opened directly. Nothing to change on your site. Help
    • Scrolling on an iPad: in Chrome or Safari on an iPad, the page no longer slips out of its frame while you scroll — the menu, the top bar and the page's card stay in place, and the page scrolls in one smooth piece.
    • Pay a claim onto the closing, and AI answers that match the screens: when you mark a claim paid by check, cash, bank transfer, Zelle or Other, a new tick box Also put this on the closing writes the payout on the order, so the closing shows it as Claims settled and the balance no longer reads it as owed (it starts from your Paying a claim setting and can be changed for each payment; unticked, it stays on the claim only). AI connections and Ed: storage tenants show their unit and storage location; trucks are counted from the Dispatch board's own trucks and "needed" is never below "in use"; all-branches days use each branch's own day and time zone; refund lists give the refunded payment's date and amount and the later refunds of the period's payments; payroll totals add up the lines to the cent; the last page of a list says it is complete. Help
    • Overnight moves get their Overnight emails and texts: an overnight move has two days, so its status changes used the multi-day templates, and the Can Book Online and Booked templates you set up for Overnight Storage were never offered or sent. An overnight move now gets the status templates for a one-day order that have Overnight Storage ticked, in the Order Updates pop-up after SAVE and in the workflows. If none of them has Overnight Storage ticked, it keeps getting the multi-day templates. Help
    • Portal links on your website never show an empty box: when a customer's phone or computer can't load the portal from your website's link, your loading screen stays up and after a few seconds they see "We couldn't open your account here." with Try again, never a blank grey or white box. Help
    • Taking off a later day of a multi-day move after day 1 is signed: deleting a day that hasn't started and pressing SAVE used to say "The contract is signed, so sales are locked" when an earlier day was already signed or closed. The lock is per day now: a day that hasn't started can be taken off (and it's written in the order's log); a started or closed day stays protected. Help
    • No "Verify you are human" box on your website forms: the robot check now runs only in the background — your visitors are never asked to tick a box, and no space is kept for one under the form. When the check can't vouch for a visitor, the quote still comes in. Help
  5. New features

    • Services we don't do: tell your AI receptionist what you don't do — hoisting (or only up to a floor), pianos up more stairs than you carry, and your own list — in Settings › AI receptionist › Estimates & leads. She tells callers politely, offers to help with the rest of the move, and notes it on the order — a caller who wants nothing else is kept as a lead on their number, so you can call back. Help
    • New status Can't provide service: close a lead whose customer only wanted something you don't do; picking it asks which service. The new Services We Don't Do report shows how many customers asked, orders lost and their value, by service. Help
    • Take cards through your own Stripe account: company admins can now connect their company's Stripe account in Settings › Payments & billing › Payment processing and choose Stripe or Authorize.net for cards. Money, payouts and disputes stay in your own Stripe dashboard. Help link
    • "Can archive orders" permission: admins can now let anyone archive orders and take them out of Archived, from the order's status menu, the bulk Change status and Ed. Turn it on in Settings › Users & permissions › Users › Permissions › Orders. It's off until you do; admins always have it. Help
    • Choose what's required to book online: Settings › Sales & orders › Required to book online sets which customer details (first name, last name, email, phone) an order needs before it can be Can Book Online or its quote sent. A lead with only an email can then get its quote. All four stay required until you change it; Booked and Reserved still need all four. Help
    • Bulk Change status shows the order's own statuses: the list now has only the statuses that can work for the orders you ticked, the same as each order's own status menu. Tick only leads and Postponed and Cancel aren't offered. Draft and the automatic New statuses aren't listed. Help
    • Copy inventory: the Email tab of an order has a Copy inventory button next to Template. It copies the whole inventory list in one click, as a table for emails and documents or as plain lines for texts and notes. Help
    • Type the hourly rate right in the field: on the Move card, click the rate amount and type a new one. Enter keeps it and Esc cancels. A typed rate shows red with a back arrow that brings back the calculated rate. Click the words "Hourly Rate" to open the pop-up with the rate's expiry. Help
    • Item measurements in inches: turn on Settings › Inventory › Measurements to show each item's width × depth × height next to its cubic feet. Choose where they show: the office, the customer's inventory page, the Order for Service, or the crew's inventory. Every item starts with a standard size, and you can type your own on each item in Inventory items. It's off until you turn it on. Help
    • Small text size: Display › Text size (in your user menu) now has Small, along with Normal, Large and Extra large. Small makes all the office's text smaller, the dashboard included, so more fits on the screen. It only changes your own view, and Normal stays the default. Help
    • Send a message with any save: the Order Updates window now has Add update on every save, not only when the status changes. After updating a quote you can add the quote email, a reminder or any template, and it's sent after the save. Nothing goes out unless you add it. Help

    Fixes

    • Mark as unpaid on an invoice marked paid by mistake: press Mark as unpaid in the order's Invoices list or on the open invoice. It goes back to Sent, or Partially paid if a deposit was received. No payment is removed. Anyone who can create or edit invoices can do it. Help
    • Truck Fee shows just its name on the bill of lading too: the Other Fees list on the bill of lading (crew phone and office) now reads "Truck Fee" without "(8 Miles to parking)", the same as the order. Emails, the customer's page and QuickBooks invoices show the name only as well. Help link
    • Disconnect, delete and cancel now ask first: pressing Disconnect on QuickBooks (and Google Ads, a mailbox, an AI app or connection) no longer acts at once: a question says what will happen, and only the red button does it — Cancel leaves everything as it was. The same goes for deleting a task, file or note, letting go of held truck time, unlinking an account, cancelling or archiving many orders at once, clearing flags, discarding an inventory draft, and, in the movers' app, withdrawing time off, deleting a photo or turning storage off. Help
    • Email setup shows only the company's mailbox: storage facilities no longer appear there as extra "… mailbox" cards that looked like duplicates. A facility's own mailbox is set on the facility in Settings › Storage › Facilities, and the page links there. Help
    • AI connections and Ed answer like the screens, every list complete: a long list now says how many came back of how many and how to get the next page, and its totals add up everything (payroll, revenue by move date, storage tenants, documents and more). Card refunds show under refunds and in the days they were made; an order with a paid damage claim no longer reads the claim's refund as owed; times of another branch are in that branch's own zone; unread messages, calls and past-due tasks follow the branches asked; free trucks leave out trucks already on a job; storage's "this month's income" counts only charges still due this month; the company's claims rate never reads 0 with a claim. New: everyone's tasks, read-only, for people who may see other users' tasks. Help
    • Long-distance Grand Total typed by hand: on an older long-distance order whose Grand Total was typed by hand, turning a fee off left the Grand Total and Balance unchanged with nothing saying why. That total now reads red on the Quote card, and the arrow beside it puts back what the rows add up to; after Save the total follows every change again. Help
    • Inventory search finds what you type: searching "king" used to list every item whose details say "Packing required". Each word you type now matches the start of a word in the item's name or details, and items whose name matches come first. This works in the office inventory and on the customer's inventory page. Help
    • TVs show TV pictures: flat panel TVs from 33" up, DLP and tube TVs, the laminating machine and the office chair showed the wrong picture. Each now shows its own. Help
    • Labor time follows the end you pick: picking a "from" above the "to" (9h when the "to" was 6h) used to leave "9h – 6h", and Save then refused it. The other end now moves along with it. Help
    • Bulk Change status no longer offers Booked-Completed: picking it failed every order. It is shown on finished jobs, but nobody picks it. Help
    • Overnight workflows start: an "Overnight → Can book online" or "Overnight → Booked" workflow never started, because an overnight order always has two days. It now starts when the overnight order changes to that status. Help
    • A busy truck in the order's schedule says why: when a truck is busy at the order's arrival window, hovering over its name shows which job holds it then. To use the same truck at a free time, such as the afternoon, drag the order's job onto that time on the truck's row. Help
    • Custom sizes read in inches: an item sized by width, depth and height now reads, for example, custom 60" x 8" x 36". It used to show feet marks for sizes that were typed in inches. Help
    • Truck schedule placement shows the real setting: when the setting was never saved, Settings › Dispatch › Trucks said "Bottom" while the order window put the schedule at the top. Both now say Top. Help
    • Older custom email templates edit like any other email: an email made before the designer (or written in HTML) now opens in its own pieces — text, headings, pictures, buttons and spaces — so you can take out words and pictures, close or add gaps and move parts without touching HTML. Until you change something it is sent exactly as it was; Edit HTML is still there. Help
    • Valuation shows its amount, not its wording: the Valuation line in Quote Details, the closing, the customer's quote and the bill of lading's Other Services box now shows $0 for the basic (released value) option instead of the plan's name, which could run over the amounts. Point at the amount to see the plan's name. Help link
    • No Select button when there is only one deductible: if your Full Value Protection plan has a single deductible, the Valuation pop-up (order and closing) and the customer's protection page use it without asking you to press Select. Help link
  6. New features

    • A shorter Materials block on the bill of lading: the materials used come first with their quantity, price and total, then the Materials total, then every other material and its price in a compact list — all still on the signed bill, in about a third of the space. Edit materials opens one pop-up with Boxes / Packing / Unpacking tabs, a search and − / + buttons; every tap saves at once. Help
    • Policies on the customer's page: Cancellation Policy and Company Policies are now links at the foot of the customer's page, always there to read, not only on the Order for Service. Help link
    • Use a card already on file on the storage agreement: the crew's Add Payment on File lists the customer's cards on file — pick one and press Use this card, or add a new one. Help
    • The full Storage Charge window on the closing: the closing's Storage row opens the same window as the sales side, editable after the job has started; once the storage agreement is signed it shows and changes the agreement's space and monthly rate. Help

    Fixes

    • The crew's materials are never wiped by an office save: saving the closing while the job was running (a storage charge, say) put the closing's older copy over the crew's bill of lading, and the materials, services and travel the foreman had entered disappeared. The crew's bill and the closing are now one record: what the crew enters shows on the closing at once, the office's Save changes only what it changed, line by line, and if the crew changed the same line Save stops and shows their version. Every bill and closing save is now in the order log. Help
    • The bill of lading always shows whether it saved: every change saves at once — even if the page is refreshed or closed straight after — and a line at the top says Saving…, Saved, Not saved yet — kept on this phone or Not saved with the reason. Help
    • Deleting a day no longer asks for a truck: on a Booked, Reserved or Can Book Online move, taking off a day and pressing SAVE used to say "assign a truck to your move" when that day had no truck. A day you delete is never checked; the days that stay still need their trucks. Help
    • Foremen can take an Other Fee off the bill: "Can remove other fees on contract" now shows on a person's Permissions tab, in the Bill of Lading card, so you can let a foreman remove a fee from the bill on the phone. Nobody has it until you switch it on. Help
    • Website quote form no longer cut off on phones: on some company websites the quote form's second page lost its Continue button on a phone once the customer started filling it in, because the website's own styles held the form at a fixed height. The form now always takes the room it needs, whatever the website's styles say. Help
    • The "survey booked" email goes out right away again: when you book or reschedule an in-home or virtual estimate, the customer's confirmation email (and text) is sent at once instead of minutes late — or, sometimes, not at all. Help link
    • Estimator reminders reach the estimator: an email step on a survey moment now has Send to — Customer or Estimator. Your built-in "Estimator Reminder" emails go to the estimator named on the survey, at their staff email (never a text — their phone stays private), and the run log no longer says "the customer has no email address" when a moment names no customer. Help link
    • AI connections and Ed read the board as you see it: jobs on a truck row in San Diego-style branches (dispatch trucks off) now count as having a truck, people on a job's crew are no longer listed as free, the day's truck count matches everywhere, and test or placeholder crew profiles are not offered as free movers. Help
    • Money answers match the reports: revenue and payments are counted in the same branch and days as Payments collected, card includes cards recorded by hand, and an order shows everything it was paid (deposit and closing) and reads Booked-Completed once finished. Help
    • Storage and search answers fixed: a moved-out tenant is no longer said to be in the warehouse, moves into your warehouse address count as coming into storage, a balance with no sent bill says why, and a search for a full name finds names saved with extra spaces. Help
    • Every time is your branch's own, with its time zone, and an order's history answers even when its change log is slow to read. Help
    • New for AI connections and Ed: revenue by move date, payroll by person or job, lists of payments and invoices, storage tenants with rate, late fee and log, an order's trucks, crew, closing and lead tracking — and answers for all your branches at once. Help
    • Order windows open and stay open again: since this afternoon (Oct 19), order windows could go blank with "This order couldn't be shown", and some screens showed "This screen couldn't be shown". That was a slow Order Log read, and it's fixed. If an order can't be refreshed now, the window keeps showing it with a short note. Try again reads the order again without closing the window, and Refresh shows that it's working. Help link
    • Can edit payroll can be given: the switch now shows on a person's Permissions tab, in the Admin card, so someone other than an admin can make and change a job's payroll. Nobody has it until you switch it on. Help
    • A person's department always shows: in a branch where their department belongs to another branch, Details shows it with that branch's name instead of a blank box, and saving the window now writes only what you changed. Help
    • Truck Fee shows just its name: the equipment fee on an order and on the bill of lading now reads "Truck Fee" (or whatever you named it in Settings › Sales & orders › Equipment fees), without "(8 Miles to parking)" after it. Help link
    • Calls reach the Calls page again: a few calls whose hang-up never reached us could hold up every call behind them, so new calls stopped showing on the Calls page. Those calls no longer hold anything up, the calls that just ended are always filed first, and the waiting calls are being filed now, dated when they happened. Help link
    • Address changes save even when the map can't answer: on Oct 19 the map service stopped answering for about an hour, and an order whose address had changed showed "The new route could not be worked out" and would not save. MoveBoard now asks the map service again by itself, and if it still can't answer, SAVE goes through: the day keeps its last travel time and fuel, the Addresses card says Travel time not updated, and the route is worked out again automatically a few minutes later. Help
    • A2P registration fees: the texting registration's fees (the one-time brand and campaign fee, then the monthly campaign fee) were billed at the price of texts. They are now charged at what the registration costs plus a small card-processing margin. Help
    • Change who a text or email goes to: in an order's conversation every recipient chip has an ✕ again, the customer's own number and address included, and + Add takes another number or address for this one message. A typed number must be a whole 10-digit number; the order's contact stays as it is. Help
    • Workflow log no longer says "sent" for a text that was held: when texting is off, the texting balance is used up, or your company's texting registration isn't finished, an automatic text is now logged as skipped with that reason, instead of sent. Help link
    • Saving a card without a charge works again: adding a card on file (the storage agreement, the storage tenant, the order's cards) was refused as "declined by the bank" every time, even for good cards. The card is now checked with a one-cent hold that is cancelled at once, and when a card isn't kept the message says the real reason with its code. Help
    • The bill of lading's storage follows the storage agreement: the agreement's space and monthly rate now reach the bill's Coming to Storage words, its Storage line and total, and the closing, as soon as they change. Help
    • Storage Time Machine shows evening move-ins on the right day: a tenant added in the evening (after 8 PM on the East Coast) was missing from that day's board in the Units Time Machine, though the unit showed. The Time Machine now counts each tenant on the day it was added on your branch's own clock.
    • Moving a job to a new time and a free truck in one SAVE: the order window no longer refuses with "Spot is taken … on" the truck the job is leaving. SAVE checks the new time on the truck you picked. Help
    • "Last Modified By" on the order is now the real last change: it used to stay on the day of an older save while days, trucks, dates or prices were changed after it. It now shows who made the last change and when, in your branch's time zone, and the order list's Last updated follows the same time from now on. Help
  7. Fixes

    • No drive added when the travel charge is off: with Enable Travel Time Charge off, Travel Time from Origin to Destination and Add Driving to Travel Time no longer do anything, even if they were left on — the drive between the stops isn't added to the travel, the labor, the job time or the price, so a 3-hour job reads 3:00. The Travel Time settings page marks both Not in use and lets you switch them off. Double Drive Time is not affected. With the travel time charge off
    • Travel in quarter hours: when your travel is the drive between the addresses (Travel Time from Origin to Destination, Add Driving to Travel Time or Double Drive Time), the drive is rounded to the quarter hour before it is shown, added to the job time or charged — a 6:50 drive is 0:15, so a 3-hour job reads 3:15 on the order, the schedule and the customer's page instead of 3:07. Prices don't change: travel was always charged in quarter hours. Travel is always in quarter hours
  8. New features

    • Send to pay: when someone else pays for a move — an employer, family, a relocation company — the crew (or the office, from the closing) texts and emails them a secure payment link. They see the bill of lading, can tip the crew, confirm with their name and pay by card; the payment shows on the crew's bill and the closing at once as Paid remotely by them. Turn it on in Settings › Documents & bill of lading › Payments on the bill of lading. Send to pay
    • Managers who add people but don't change permissions: a new permission, Can change employees' permissions, right under Manage employees within the company. Without it a manager still adds people and edits their details, positions, branches and pay, but not their permissions, user type or department. Everyone who had Manage employees has it too, so nothing changed — turn it off for the managers you want to limit. And Users is now in the menu under your name for anyone who manages employees, even without the Settings tab. Let a manager add people without changing permissions
    • QuickBooks Online: connect each branch to its QuickBooks company (sign in at Intuit, no keys to paste) and every closed order posts by itself — one invoice per order on its own job, every charge on its own line (labor as hours × rate, each material, service and fee), discounts as negative lines, tips to Tips Payable, your tax to the cent; deposits and payments applied; refunds; a changed closing updates the same invoice and a canceled order's is voided. Use defaults sets up the items and accounts; the sync log says every problem in plain words. QuickBooks
    • Claims settled on the closing: money you pay a customer for a claim by lowering their bill shows as one Claims settled line on the closing, and payroll, profit, the invoice and reports all use the lowered total. A claim paid on its own, with no change to the bill, changes nothing on the order. Claims settled on the closing
    • Storage units — Edit unit, Return and the Time Machine: edit a unit's location, capacity and next charge, return it to the facility or delete it from the big Units view, and open the Time Machine to see where every unit was and who was in it on any day. The storage units board
    • AI Receptionist finds the caller's order: every name on the order counts, and the caller ID together with the move date or the order number is enough to check who is calling. A missing or damaged item becomes an urgent task for your managers on the order, with the item's details, and every task has a Link to order button. How the AI Receptionist finds callers
    • Returned missed calls clear by themselves: once someone calls the number back, or the caller rings again and gets through, the missed call leaves Unheard and says who returned it and when. Missed calls that were returned
    • Copy link on sent emails: under an opened email, Links in this email lists each link — PAY Invoice, the customer's page and so on — with Copy link, to paste in a text for a customer who can't open the email. Email copies and delivery
    • Customers change only the count on your inventory lines: on lines your office set as packed by the company or not shipped, the customer can change how many — never who packs it or that it stays behind. How customers build their inventory
    • Payroll — Save, pay another: when you add a payment on the Accounting page, Save, pay another saves it and keeps the form filled in, so paying the next person the same way is one change and one press. Each one saved is listed in a green Saved ✓ box. Add a misc payment

    Fixes

    • Calls from every branch you work in: the Calls page, Unheard and the number beside Calls in the menu list the calls of every branch you work in, each by your switches in that branch — so branches that share one phone system no longer hide each other's missed calls. Who sees which calls
    • Texting storage tenants: Send as SMS in a tenant's window checks the tenant's own number, so it is no longer greyed out for tenants of another branch. When a text can't go, the reason is written under the button, and a text stopped by the carrier's daily limit says so. Message a tenant yourself
    • Storage units: Open the tenant from the Units pop-up closes the pop-up, so the tenant's window is in front. The storage units board
  9. New features

    • See archived orders: a new permission in the Orders card of a person's Permissions tab. Turn it on for a manager (or anyone) and they can search and open archived orders like an admin — the Archived filter on the orders list, AI Leads, reports and invoices, and the Archived chip in search. It's off for everyone until you turn it on; archiving stays an admin's. Let someone see archived orders
    • Find a town by its name: no ZIP for an address? Type the town (Kintnersville, Bethlehem, PA) in the order's address card, or in the address box of a new lead, and pick it — towns near the move come first, and the city, state and ZIP fill in. A town with several ZIPs gets its main one, with the others offered under it. Typing a ZIP still fills the town. Addresses and stops
    • Long distance — take up to the full balance: on the long-distance bill, Take payment still starts at the suggested amount (your company's % at pickup; at delivery, 110% of a non-binding estimate), and the crew can now change it to anything up to the customer's full remaining balance, at pickup or at delivery. Once the suggested amount is paid, Take payment stays for the rest. Binding and not-to-exceed prices never go higher. Long-distance bill of lading

    Fixes

    • Dispatch board: a job is made longer or shorter only by the small grip in the middle of its card's right edge — the rest of the edge no longer stretches it by accident. And a short card leaves its bottom lines off instead of writing under the foreman's name. The dispatch board
  10. New features

    • Move to closing: a payment that sits on the sales side but belongs to the closing can be moved there from Payments (⋮ › Move to closing) — nothing is charged or refunded, and the closing and the bill of lading count it as paid at once. Money once the closing is activated
  11. New features

    • Quote forms open filled in: when your website already asked for the ZIPs, the moving date or the visitor's name, pass them to the quote form — on the form's tag, in a script, or in the page address — and it opens with them filled in. The visitor can change everything; nothing is sent by itself. Prefill the quote form
  12. New features

    • Ed does what you can do: ask in plain words and Ed puts a card on screen for anything your role lets you do in MoveBoard — flags, move dates, statuses, crews and trucks, storage tenants, payments, invoices, accounts, users, settings — and nothing happens until you press its button. Ed no longer answers "I can't" for things he can do. Ask Ed to do things
    • Texts and emails to many customers from Ed: text everyone moving tomorrow a reminder, email every lead from this week the quote. The card shows how many customers get it, a few names, who is left out and why (no number, replied STOP, unsubscribed) and the message as the first customer reads it. Everything Ed does shows in the order log as by Ed for your name. Ask Ed to do things
    • Display: make the office screens easier to read for you — Text size, Classic font and High contrast, in the menu under your name. Text size, font and contrast
    • Closing side: addresses can be changed on the closing until the day is completed, and every change reaches the crew's bill of lading — signatures stay on their stops. The closing view
    • Storage: a tenant with no Move In order can link a Move Out order directly; the tenant list has Last paid, and every storage card payment names its card. Move in and move out
    • Dispatch: Assign Personnel lists the movers of the board's branch; dispatchers can delete a customer's signature on a bill that is still open. Assign trucks and crew
  13. Fixes

    • Order window: if a SAVE can't go through, nothing is saved and nothing you typed is lost — a Warning! pop-up says what to change, and SAVED shows only once the order really is saved. Save and draft rules
    • Long distance: the Distance on the Addresses runs from the pickup through every delivery, a town entered with its ZIP and no street keeps the ZIP, and an extra drop-off past your company's limit is shown as soon as it's entered. Save and draft rules
  14. New features

    • AI Receptionist — more voices and interruptions: Voice & name has more voices to pick from (Load more), and Call sound sets how easily a caller can interrupt her — Low for noisy callers, Medium (recommended) or High. Call sound
  15. New features

    • AI Receptionist — Day message: Voice & name has a Day message box next to the Night message: it starts with the recommended greeting, you can write your own with {company}, {name} and {ai}, and Use the recommended greeting puts it back. Voice, speed and thinking
    • Faster screens: an order opened from its own link (a bookmark, a reload, a link in an email) comes up in one step instead of two, a save re-reads the order once instead of up to four times, and every office page asks the server for much less as it loads — the menu's numbers come together and the menu no longer reads every section ahead of time. Pop-ups inside the order window load just after the window, so the order itself shows sooner, especially on a phone. Nothing on screen looks or works differently. Order windows on a phone
    • Box deliveries is a tab inside Dispatch for everyone who can see Dispatch, with the same red number of deliveries to schedule; it's no longer in their menu. People without Dispatch (for example sales) keep Box deliveries in the menu. The Box deliveries page
    • Mail is off the menu for now while incoming email is being set up. Emails with customers still show in each order's conversation.
    • AI Receptionist: company admins turn it on themselves — add a card for the prepaid balance, press Turn on, then pick its number. One settings page for everything — Voice & name (voice cards with Listen, Speaking speed from Slower to Faster, Fast answers or Careful answers, her name and the short greeting), Hours, Transfers & callbacks and Knowledge. Voice, speed and thinking
    • Reports: pick a report's dates like on an airline site — click the dates, see two months side by side, click the first day and then the last. The Period list also has Next month. Read a report
    • Box delivery: an address outside your delivery area is caught as soon as it's known — Add to cart greys out with your Too far away words, instead of a refusal at Review order. Box delivery in the portal
    • Addresses: the box checkouts (portal and website store), invoices' Send to, an employee's details, your company's addresses and the crew's stop form suggest addresses as you type; a ZIP fills its own post-office town first (01922 → Newbury), with the other towns to pick. The Order Updates list shows the town that is saved. Addresses and stops
    • Lead assignment reads like a sentence: Lauran gets a new lead when it is… Residential or Commercial · any of the 12 services · all 65 lead sources · any size · any price · every day, all day. Press Change on a line to set it. Working hours are one weekly schedule per person with quick buttons (Weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM, Copy Monday to every day), 12-hour times and a second shift a day. A person with no working hours gets no leads, and the screen now says so. All now really means all: a lead source or service you add later goes to the people set to All (Only these… stays a fixed list). Lead assignment settings
    • Claims: company admins can delete a claim made by mistake or for a test, from the claim's ⋯ menu — type the claim number to confirm. The claim's money stays on the order unless you tick Also delete the money for this claim. Delete a claim

    Fixes

    • AI Receptionist: callers hear the greeting from its first word — she waits a moment after picking up, so nothing is cut off. Voice, speed and thinking
    • Customer portal: customers can change their move size and addresses on a New move again, and the box shop checks the delivery address — even when someone at the office is signed in on the same computer. A customer never reads "not allowed": when something can't be changed, the portal says so in plain words.
  16. Fixes

    • The Start and the Destination of a move can't be deleted anymore — only extra stops have a bin, in the order window, a new order and the bill of lading. Addresses and stops
  17. New features

    • Fuel surcharge is a percent of: choose whether a fuel percent is taken of the whole quote or of labor and travel only. A percent typed on one order follows the same choice, and on long-distance orders a typed fuel wins over the long-distance fuel setting. Fuel surcharge settings
    • Pickup by and Delivery by on long-distance orders: your local crew or the Trip Planner. Choose what new long-distance orders start with in New long-distance orders.
    • Other companies' loads: haul another moving company's load on your trips, and MoveBoard settles it on that company's account. Other companies' loads
    • Payroll and payment dates — the payroll's dates, an order payment's Paid Date and refund date, storage Take a payment and a claim's Date paid — show last month and this month side by side (one month on a phone).
    • Payroll: Print makes a proper payroll statement for one person, a department or everyone. Paychecks are listed last, a new paycheck is dated on the period's last day and starts on Check, misc rows show your note, and a misc payment fills in the person's rate for the payment date. Add payment closes with Save and Close. The Accounting page
    • Templates: press an element of an email and drag it to move it. New folder shows even before your first folder.
    • Lead providers: Angi leads come straight in, HomeAdvisor's own fields are read, and a lead with no move date is set 10 days out. MoveBoard doesn't read lead emails — see Leads from emails.
    • Reports: Lead Acquisition Costs and Material Profitability.
    • New users get their notifications from Defaults by position; Departments are for permissions only. Who hears about what
    • Text messages settings show your prepaid balance with Top up and Auto-recharge. Company admins can switch Google Calendar sync themselves.
    • An account's Messages show the emails sent for its orders, and a Portal message writes to the account's portal without a text.
    • Built-in workflows on a service-type status moment start off until you switch them on. Built-in workflows
    • Custom documents can be picked by estimate type.
    • A whole ZIP code fills City and State in every address form; when it covers several towns, pick one from the list.
    • Score is now the lead score column's name on the Orders list. Our cost shows what each material sells for on the move type you're looking at.

    Fixes

    • When an order has an inventory, the inventory's volume always wins over Size of Move and rooms. Size, inventory or custom volume
    • Changing a day to Moving with Storage now shows and prices the storage at once, and the move-out order belongs to the same customer.
    • A new customer's details and a status change (Can Book Online, Reserved, Booked) save together in one SAVE. After a save, messages that didn't go show as a calm notice with the reason, never as an error.
    • Every email preview shows the message exactly as the customer gets it — variables filled in, your header and footer, real links. Order tables (services, packing, fees, payments, valuation) always fill in.
    • Claims: Open counts every claim that isn't paid or closed, the Customer column is never blank, paid claims say by check #1587, and a release signed by someone from the office says so.
    • Bill of lading stop times: a time the customer hasn't signed never blocks the crew, and every refusal names the stop and the time.
    • A custom document required before the payment signature now really stops payment until it's signed.
    • Edit Message and Edit Note open one roomy text box. Phone rows with an extension stay inside their card. The box shop on the client portal is one tidy column.
    • Valuation option B on the bill of lading no longer looks picked; a release form saved with no change saves; the typical inventory list fills an empty Bedroom 2; picking Admin keeps a person's positions; movers' user windows no longer show Integration; Skip on the crew's tip step never wraps on a phone.
  18. New features

    • Templates: every email and text as a card, with which workflow sends it. Open one to see it exactly as your customer does, design an email with blocks and themes, or edit its HTML on the page or as code beside the live email — and Email me a test. Build your email and text templates
    • The Help Center opens in a new tab from the menu under your name, and follows your Appearance (Warm, Cold or Dark) — change it from the icon at the top of any help page. Appearance now sits at the very bottom of that menu.
    • Help Center: guides with screenshots for every role, and a ? on the main screens that opens the guide for that screen.

    Fixes

    • A company without a logo no longer shows a broken picture at the top of its emails.
    • Help articles open again from every link and from the ? panel.
  19. New features

    • Damage claims: send the customer a claim link in one press — or fill the claim in for them on the phone — see what they're owed, send an offer, get the release signed and mark it paid, all from the Claims page and the order's Claims button. How to file a claim
    • Workflows: decide exactly when every email, text, document and task goes out — When · Wait · Only if · Do — with Try it on an order, which never sends anything. Set up a Workflow
    • Request inventory: one press in the Order card emails and texts the customer a link straight to their inventory list. Send the inventory link
    • Text link in the Deposit row: on Can Book Online orders, text the customer their secure link to reserve with a deposit. Text the deposit link
    • Custom documents: build your own documents to sign and send them from the order or a workflow; signed copies land in Attachments.
    • Change orders: the standard change-order form on the job, local and long distance, signed by the customer.
    • Dispatch Dashboard: the day's progress, late jobs, crews and trucks at a glance — and choose which Dispatch tab opens first with the gear. Open Dispatch on your tab
    • Customer links always use your company's own website address.
    • In the customer portal, Quote Details and Packing Services open as pop-ups.
    • Call recordings in the order conversation: one bubble per call with its exact time and length.
    • Trip Planner for long distance: plan trips, trucks and stops, with capacity bars, trip revenue against order totals, and storage in transit.
    • When MoveBoard is updated, an Update ready button lets you refresh when you're ready — the screen never reloads by itself.
  20. New features

    • Email templates: edit the whole email in one visual editor, with a shared header and footer for every email.
    • Order, storage and invoice windows can be dragged by their top bar; double-click a job on the truck schedule to open it.
    • Adding a stop opens a full address card; a ZIP code alone is enough to save a stop.
    • A canceled job frees its truck and texts its crew; crew taken off a job get a text too.
    • Customers can choose Full Value Protection in their portal, see their services and materials, and request a new move.
    • The salesperson on an order can be changed at any time, even after the job is done.
